Clive Selley

CEO

Biography

Clive was appointed as CEO, International in April 2026, following his role as CEO, Openreach for over 10 years, where he led the organisation in supporting more than 700 communications providers and has network deployed to over 30 million premises across the country.

Before Openreach, Clive held several senior leadership positions across the BT Group, including CEO, Technology Service & Operations and Group CTIO, CEO Innovate & Design and before that President, Global Services Portfolio & Service Design.

Clive is an Honorary Colonel of 81 Signal Squadron (Army Reserve).
