Once you've updated your password, it will take a few minutes for us to restore access to your account so you need to wait a few minutes before logging back in or you may continue to get log in problems.

Step 3

Check Your Contacts

It's possible that some of your Contacts may have been deleted or some you don't recognise added to your account. It's very important to check through them and delete any you don't recognise.

If your contacts have disappeared, please get in touch with us as soon as possible because there's only a short window of opportunity in which we're able to recover this data.

Step 4

Check your sub accounts

It's very important that you check that no new sub accounts have been created and also that none have been deleted. Often new accounts are created and then used to send spam or phishing emails to your Contacts. Spamming activity can also result in restrictions being placed on your account.

Step 5

Check your Settings

It's also possible that some of your settings may have been changed so you need to check;

  • Auto forwarding rules have not been set up or cancelled.
  • No alternative email addresses have been created.
