is a BTID?
You'll need a BTID to fully manage your email account. If you don't already have a BTID it's easy to create one

Make sure you always change to a strong and complex password which is not easy to guess
If you don't have a BTID, a BT Broadband package or Premium Mail from BT you won't be able to create, amend or delete your email. To maintain full account management these are your options:
- Take one of our broadband packages. Have a look at our great Broadband offers.
- Take our Premium Mail service. If you don't want Broadband, for £7.50 a month you can get our Premium Mail service which will allow you to create up to 11 email addresses, amend your emails, and also delete some of them if you require. Find out more at: www.bt.com/keepmyemail
Email accounts that are not used will be blocked after 90 days, and permanently deleted after 150 days.
