Data Only SIM deals

If you have BT broadband you get access to exclusive EE deals and 10% off EE handset and 30% off SIM only plans. You don't need to be the BT broadband account holder – you simply need to live in a house or flat with a BT broadband connection. What's more, everyone in the house can benefit from the discount. Simply tell us you have broadband at home and we'll show you the plans with a discount.

You can only order one BT Mobile plan at a time, but you can come back later and order a second plan if you'd like. You're allowed up to five BT Mobile plans per account, but there's no limit to the number of people in a house that can order.

We want to give you total control over your bill, so we give you some simple tools to manage your spending:

• A monthly spend cap
• A cap for spending while you're abroad
• The freedom to change your cap at any time
• Text notifications when you're at 80% and 100% of your limit
• Monitor your exact usage and allowance by logging into My BT

Of course – if you're not totally satisfied, you can cancel your order or return your items.

For SIM Only, Data SIM and Family SIM orders, we promise to give your money back after 30 days if you're not happy. Just bear in mind that you won't be refunded for any services you've used outside of your monthly plan allowance.

SIM orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class, and are usually delivered next day. In some cases, delivery can take up to three days.

Buy a SIM Only, Data SIM or Family SIM plan during the offer period and you'll get a full 30 days to try us. If you aren't happy for any reason, just call us within 30 days of placing your order and we'll cancel your contract and refund your first monthly plan charge. You'll only pay for services you've used outside of the plan allowance. Offer limited to one SIM Only, Data SIM or Family SIM plan per customer.

A Data Only SIM card is a type of SIM that can only be used to connect a phone or tablet to a mobile data network. With a Data Only SIM you won't be able to make calls or send texts, but you can connect to our 4G network.

If you don't use your device for calls or texts then a Data Only SIM is perfect for you.
