Set up your 4K recordable TV box
Connect TV box to TV
Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI port on the back of the TV box. Plug the other end into the HDMI 2.0 port in the back of your TV.
If your TV doesn’t have an HDMI port, then it won't be compatible with the 4K recordable TV box.

Connect TV box to broadband hub
First, make sure your broadband is working, the light on your hub should be blue. If it’s not use our hub light guide to get back online
Plug one end of the ethernet cable into the yellow ethernet port in the back of the TV Box.
Plug the other end into one of the yellow ports in the back of your broadband hub. This will let you watch subscription channels like TNT Sport or use catch-up services.
Connect TV box to power
Plug the power cable into the back of the TV box and then plug the power socket into the nearest socket on the wall.
Switch on the power to the TV box.
Plug in your aerial cable if you want to watch Freeview channels
This cable might already be plugged into the back of your TV.
Plug it from the port in the wall into the ‘aerial in’ socket on the back of the TV box.
Turn on your EE TV box
Press the standby button on the remote control or on the EE TV box. You may need to select the correct input or source on your TV remote to see EE TV.
Follow the instructions on your TV screen to finish setting up.
