How to log in to the EE TV App

To start watching programmes on the EE TV App you need to log in using your BT ID username and password.

There are two ways to do it:

1. You can click on the Menu button in the top left-hand corner of the screen, and then select Log in at the bottom.

2. You’ll also be prompted to log in whenever you try to play any programme.

For convenience, you only need to enter your login details once. The app will remember your details and keep you logged in.

If you can't remember your BT ID or password, you can request a reminder from the log-in screen. If you don't have a BT ID, you can access the BT ID set-up menu from the log in screen too.
