My TNT Sports channels aren't working

When your broadband is down and you’re connected to the EE mobile network using the Hybrid Connect, some of your EE TV channels (e.g. TNT Sports) will not work, but can still be viewed via the app.

Steps to take if you're watching on YouView from BT (via BT Broadband):

 

  1. Check for software updates in the YouView menu > Settings > Device management
  2. Open the TV Guide and select one of the new channels
  3. If prompted to set-up the channel, select OK

This will make your subscription active. You can then watch TNT Sports from the main TV guide.

 

Steps to take if you're watching on EE TV (via BT Broadband):

First, make sure your set-top box is connected directly to your BT Hub using an Ethernet cable. You'll also need to check that your box is connected to the internet, by trying to watch something from the on demand library. Once you're connected to the internet, a system update will need to take place. This will happen automatically, and may take up to 48 hours.
