Use your BT login details to start your home move journey. Let us know your new address and choose a moving date. If you can try to give us two weeks' notice, that's normally plenty of time to get you set up. We can support shorter notice periods in most cases.
You'll be able to check what speeds are available in your new area and decide what's best for you. If you choose to keep your existing package, you will need to take your equipment with you to your new home. You can continue on the same contract with the same account. Upgrading your package starts a new contract.
Plug in your hub as soon as you get to your new place. If you need a new hub, it will arrive a day before your planned activation date. Follow the enclosed instructions or watch our easy to follow setup guides to help you install your hub. Visit our help and support to solve specific issues. Start your move now.
If we know your BT services will be delayed by more than two days, we’ll offer you a BT or EE 4G Mini Hub powered by the EE network. And we’ll give you unlimited mobile data to get you online as quickly as possible.All at no extra cost to you.

On 31 March each year the monthly price shown for broadband plans will increase by £3 and for TV plans by £2 (if you take Broadband and TV that’s £5 in total).
