Inland Calls to Mobile Telephones and non-geographic inland calls
1. Customers may terminate the BT Business Plan (CR) Contract and migrate to any BT package of a greater Minimum Committed Call Spend value and Contract Period .
End of Contract Period Credit:
With effect from 30th June 2009, customers will no longer receive the End of Contract Period Credit.
Reconciliation: There will be no reconciliation rules applied to Site Based Option contracts terminated after 30th June 2009 or later.
Customers may terminate the BT Business Plan (CR) Contract and migrate to BT Business Plan (Customer based) or any of the other BT Commitment packages of an equal or greater Committed Call Spend value at any time.
When a BT Business Plan (CR) Customer moves Site (which means totally ceasing one Site and relocating to a new Site), the Customer may not transfer the BT Business Plan (CR) package from the ceased Site to the new Site but must commence a new BT Business Plan (Customer based) contract or any other BT Commitment package for that site as long as there is no existing package at the new Site.
