(e) When raising charges for a change of number on ISDN 2, it should be noted that there are FOUR configuration options available to the customer, and so care should be taken to ensure the correct tariff is raised. |
(f) Should the customer wish to renumber channel 2 only (Option 3), the administration fee of £50.00 will not appear on CSS, and therefore the £8.69 charge SHOULD BE MANUALLY OVERWRITTEN ON CSS TO READ £58.69. |

(o) Where a customer requests a previously unplanned addition to an existing ISDN 2 or ISDN 2e DDI installation the Changes to Numbers at an installation' charge applies plus any additional number charges which apply. This does not apply to directory numbers (SNDDI for ISDN2e) when provided at the time of initial installation. |
(p) DDI rental charges apply to all numbers within the ranges provided/installed. Numbers can be reserved at no charge but BT reserve the right to insist that these numbers be used for other customers if required, unless the original customer starts to rent the reserved numbers. |
(q) This service is not available at all exchanges. If a customer requests the service on an exchange not equipped for DDI, the appropriate Out-of-Area exchange line tariffs apply in addition to the standard DDI rates. |

This re-supply will be subject to survey and BT cannot guarantee re-supply of the service to the original configuration, or at all, nor will standard lead times apply. ISDN2 re-supply will be charged at the full current connection price. |
