Subpart 4:Upgrade and Shift Options - LES/CES/EES/FEES/GEES

Notes: | ||||||
(1) To upgrade to RA02, the primary circuit will be upgraded without cost, a second circuit will also be installed at the normal connection charge. Rentals will be revised in line with standard rentals for RA02. | ||||||
(2) LES resilience products LES 155A, 622A and CES 1000A will be migrated to 2 equivalent services, thus maintaining the dual fibre resilience. | ||||||
In order to provide best seperacy, additional work may be required to adjust the fibre runs. This will be chargeable. | ||||||
LES products migrated to our EES/FEES/GEES will have no physical change, but will be priced as a standard EES/FEES/GEES service and can be upgraded and shifted at the standard EES/FEES/GEES price for that service. | ||||||
Some upgrades require Cease and provide, the old service will be removed and an entirely new service provided. Some disruption is to be expected and this can be better understood following a planning visit. | ||||||
LES 2500A and 10000A can be migrated to a single or dual equivalent service, customers wishing to migrate these services should contact GS Product Manager, George Chaplin on 01442 294159. | ||||||
Following upgrade, rental charges will be re-calculated as appropriate for the new service. | ||||||
All service upgrades will involve a four hour maximum break in service. If a break in service is unacceptable, a new service can be provided in advance of cessation of the old service, in which case the appropriate connection charges, as applicable to a new circuit, will apply. | ||||||
The Standard Provision Lead-time for all service upgrades is 60 working days, subject to survey. | ||||||
