The following Special Offers are available to BT Business Mobile customers who meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Special Offer and are invited by BT to take the Special Offer.

BT Business Mobile Solo 10GB (Monthly Subscription Charge £45) - Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Special Offer 1st November 2014 - 31st December 2014.

A Customer who between 1st November 2014 - 31st December 2014 (inclusive) orders BT Business Mobile Solo 10GB (Monthly Subscription Charge £45), details of which can be found in Part 9 of Section 10b of the BT Price List, with the Samsung Galaxy S5 Device, will receive a Tablet (the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7inch).

The offer is by invitation only.

The offer is only available where the Device taken with BT Business Mobile Solo 10GB (Monthly Subscription Charge £45) is the Samsung Galaxy S5.

The offer is not available with any plan other than BT Business Mobile Solo 10GB (Monthly Subscription Charge £45). For the avoidance of doubt this does not include BT Business Mobile Solo 10GB (Monthly Subscription Charge £40) or BT Business Mobile Solo 10GB (Monthly Subscription Charge £50).

The Special Offer is subject to stock of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Device and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7inch. In the event that BT has no further stock of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Device and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7inch, BT reserves the right to:

(a) provide a substitute Device;

(b) withdraw the special offer; or

(c) cancel the Customer's order.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7inch may be despatched by BT in a different delivery to other Devices.

The standard terms and conditions applicable to BT Business Mobile Solo will apply as detailed in Part 9 of Section 10b of the BT Price List.

BT reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Special Offer.

Where the Customer opts to end the Contract within the 7 day period set out in the Welcome Letter, the obligations regarding the return of the Device apply to the Device (the Samsung Galaxy S5) and the Tablet (the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7inch) provided under this Special Offer.
