Subpart 3:Unlimited UK+ Evening and Weekend Plan at no extra cost with a 12 Month contract - Not available for new supply from 19th April 2013

As of 1st November 2013 customers remaining on this tariff will pay £3.30 a month plus line rental .

This tariff was ispreviously available available to eligible new and existing residential customers who agreedagree to take Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan, for an initial minimum period of 12 months and any subsequent 12 12 month period.

This tariff allowsallowed customers selecting a 12 month contract on Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan to benefit from a discount of £3.30 inc VAT per month for an initial minimum period of 12 months. Evening and Weekend calls, to UK+ landlines, for up to an hour, was willpreviously provided be provided at no extra cost for the initial 12 month minimum period and any 12 month period.

Line rental : £15.45 inc VAT* per month.

We will apply monthly credits of £3.30 inc VAT to the customer's bill in the Promotions Discount section.

If the customer decides to end their contract within the 12 month minimum term contract period, they will incur a single charge of £5.75 (not subject to VAT) for each month left of the minimum term.

This tariff was ispreviously available available to eligible new and existing residential customers with one of the following:

Calling Plans

BT Together - Local Calls Option

BT Working Together (for residential lines)

BT Basic

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below:

1. BT Together - Local Calls Option and BT Working Together are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this tariff will not be able to return to these packages.

2. Customers may not upgrade to Unlimited Anytime Plan, within the 12 month initial minimum period or any renewal period, nor may they downgrade to Unlimited Weekend Plan.

3. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their 12 month initial minimum period or any contract period.

4. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take any remaining initial minimum period or renewal period with them.

5. At the end of the initial minimum period of 12 months or any contract period, customers wishing to move to a new option may do so by contacting BT.

6. Customers who are still in term with some other residential offers are excluded from this special offer.

7. BT reserves the right to withdraw this tariff at any time.

8. All prices are subject to change.

9. At the end of the 12 month initial minimum period this contract will be automatically renewed for a further 12 month period commencing on expiry of the previous minimum period ("renewal date"). If the customer does not wish to renew this contract, the customer must let BT know before the renewal date.

+ UK means Local and National calls, excluding calls to non-geographic numbers (e.g. 0845, 0870), Premium Rate services, operator-controlled calls, calls to the internet, Information and paging services and the Channel Islands. Redial after an hour to avoid call charges. Other exclusions apply.

* For Customers who pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan.

If you do not pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan you will be charged a payment processing fee of £2.00 (Incl. VAT) per month or £6.00 (Incl.VAT) for every three month period by BT Payment Services Limited , a wholly owned subsidiary of BT. This fee will be deducted from any money paid before any payment is allocated against charges for your service. You will not be charged a payment processing fee if you are a Pay&Call (BT Pay&Call was withdrawn on 31st December 2009) or BT Basic customer. All amounts due which are not paid by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan will be collected by BT Payments Services Limited.
