Between 3rd November 2008 and 2nd November 20092010 inclusive, Business Customers committing to a Committed Call Spend
within the tiers set out below will be able to apply for reduced Fixed to Mobile call rates (subject to minimum call
charge below) and competitive Local and National Geographic, Day, Evening and Weekend call rates along with a zero
Minimum Call Charge. |
In order to qualify for the Special Offer the Customer must: |
1) Register for the Offer by completing Section 1 of The BT Customer Commitment (Special Offer 27) application form
(The Application form), which must be returned to BT on or before 2nd November 20092010 (the Application Form can be
obtained from the Customer?s Account Manager); and |
2) Enter into a new BT Customer Commitment Contract (selecting Option 3) and commit to a Committed Call Spend within
the tiers detailed below; and |
3) Following (or in conjunction with) registration, apply for a draft Inventory via their Account Manager. BT will
then produce and return to the Customer a draft Inventory for checking; and |
4) Complete and sign Section 2 of the Application Form, which must be returned with the Inventory to BT on or before
the 2nd November 20092010 . Section 2 should only be completed once the Customer is satisfied the Inventory is correct. |
Note: Customers moving from an existing Contract will be subject to any existing Terms and Conditions
regarding migration and reconciliation/reward applicable to that Contract. |
Special Offer rates |
1) The Special Offer rates will apply for the first 12 months of the Contract Period commencing on the Operational
Service Date and will continue thereafter until either the Customer's BT Customer Commitment Contract is terminated
or BT varies the rates in accordance with the variation clause in the BT Customer Commitment terms and conditions. |
2) At the end of this first 12 months of the Contract Period: |
(a) the Special Offer rates will roll over for a further 12 month period (unless the contract is terminated in
accordance with the Customer Commitment terms and conditions); and |
(b) the Customer may revise the Committed Call Spend to move to another tier within those detailed below and
this revised Committed Call Spend will apply to the further 12 month period. |
Nothing in this special offer amends the reconciliation rules set out in the BT Customer Commitment terms and
conditions which continue to apply. |
3) the tiers within which the Committed Spend must lie are: £3500000.00, £7000000.00

4) the Special Offer Rates are as follows : |

The charges for all other call types are specified in the Price List, Section56 Part 7 , `BT Customer Commitment'. These will be dependent upon the Committed Call Spend and Contract Period as stated on The Application Form. |
All other charges will apply as set out in the Price List (Section56 Part 7 BT Customer Commitment) for the appropriate Committed Call Spend tier selected.

Exclusions |
Customers taking this Special Offer are not eligible for the BT Dual Discount Scheme. |
Reconciliation |
If the Customer does not meet the Committed Call Spend (or any revised Committed Call Spend) as specified on The Application Form, the following Reconciliation rules apply: |
The lower of: |
a)20%% of the difference between the Adjusted Committed Call Spend and the Total Contributory Call Spend; or |
b) A £25.00(Exc VAT) administration fee per line, plus, for all the minutes used between the Operational Service Date and Spend Measurement Date, the sum of the total of the difference between the pence per minute call rates charged at the Committed Call Spend as specified on The Application Form and the BT Customer Commitment standard pence per minute call rates that apply to the spend band that the actual Total Contributory Call Spend falls in. |
Terms and Conditions |
The Conditions for BT Customer Commitment apply to this Special Offer in addition to those terms set out in this notice. |
