Subpart 14:Incoming International Calls - BT Odyssey

Price of BT Odyssey calls from overseas to the UK.

Eligibility

All BT Odyssey customers with this product enable international calls.

Pricing Information

Direct Dialled Calls and Operator Connected Calls

Calls are charged per minute or part minute from when the call is connected, with a minimum charge of one minute. Operator connected calls incur an additional facility fee, and are only available from the BT Odyssey Operator, not the International Operator Service.

Calls made from Chargebands 1, 1a, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 11 will incur an additional charge of 42.55p (Exc. VAT), 50p (Inc. VAT) per call if the call is made to the UK or to one of these specified Chargebands. This also applies to calls made from the UK to one of the specified Chargebands.

Calls made from Chargebands 1, 1a, 2, 4, 6, 7, 11 and the UK will incur an additional charge of 17.02p (Exc. VAT), 20p (Inc. VAT) per minute if the call is made to a mobile in one of these specified Chargebands. This also applies to calls made to the UK to mobiles from one of the specified Chargebands.

Additional Information

- VAT is charged only on calls originating within an EU country. VAT refunds will be made on the basis of the call price excluding any discounts.
