BT Adventure for Data

BT Adventure is a Data calling product enabling call charges to be debited to a nominated BT telephone account, to a payment card or to a UK bank account via direct debit.

The only available options of service levels are:

Multi Contact Card - holders may make calls only to pre-selected numbers (Up to 9 numbers).

Single Number Contact Card - holders may make calls only to a pre-selected number (1 number only).

This level of service offers:

BT Adventure - customers may make data calls to destinations within the UK and internationally.

Eligibility

All customers with a BT telephone account, major payment card or UK bank account.

Additional Information

Daytime rates apply from 6am to 6pm inclusive, Monday to Friday. Evening & Night-time rates apply before 6am and after 6pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend rates apply all day Saturday and Sunday.

Calls which can be made free of charge when dialled direct will be charged at National rate when the call is made with BT Adventure. This applies to calls made both within the UK and to inbound calls from overseas to the UK.

Calls made to BT Helpdesk 0800 731 2494 and 0800 345 144, from within the UK (but not from overseas) are, however, free of charge.

Exclusions

-Calls to DQ services. -Calls to 07XX numbers. -Calls to 123. -Calls incoming from INMARSAT Terminals.
The above services are not available for Data Calling.

Business Discounts

The following discounts and commitment schemes are available on all BT Adventure direct dialled calls, billed to a Business telephone line (but not on calls to INMARSAT Terminals or Global Mobile Satellite Systems): BT BusinessCommitment.
For conditions and levels of discounts see Section 3 Part 2 Calls billed to a payment card are eligible for BT Commitment discounts. BT Adventure calls using a commercial payment (credit) card, receive discounts on all direct dialled calls at a rate that is 2.5 percentage points below the normal BT Adventure discount rate.

Calls Originating in the UK - BT Adventure

This service enables BT Adventure customers to make data calls at the prices in the tables shown below.

Pricing Information

Direct Dialled Calls

Prices are shown per minute but calls are measured in seconds and are priced to the second once the call is connected. Call charges for Residential Customers are rounded up to a 10th of a penny. Call charges for Business Customers are rounded to the nearest 10th of a penny. There is a minimum charge of £0.17 (exc. VAT), £0.20 (inc.VAT) except for calls to the Iridium and Thuraya services where the minimum fee is £1.50 (exc. VAT), £1.74 (inc. VAT).

Operator Connected Calls

Operator-connected calls are not available on this product.
