Note

All references to BT Business One Plan apply equally to BT Business One Plan Plus and BT One Plan Traditional unless otherwise stated.

Description

BT Business One Plan Traditional is a converged pricing package which enables customers to consolidate specified fixed calls and rental spend in order to benefit from capped calls. Terms and Conditions apply including a 12 or 24 month Commitment Period. Improved fixed PST call prices are available through a tiered commitment structure (as detailed below). A Reward applies toas Contractsdetailed datedbelow beforeunder the 20th August 2012"Benefits andof toBT anyBusiness SubsequentOne ContractPlan (forTraditional". a definition of Subsequent Contract please see above). Details of the Reward are set out below.

Eligibility & Qualifying Services

BT Business One Plan Traditional is available to all business customers provided that they:

a) Commit to an annual Committed Spend within one of the spend bands (which are referred to as Tiers) listed below.

b) Have contracts with BT for at least one of the services listed below (the `Qualifying Services').

The Qualifying Services

Business PSTN Access Line - See Note 1 & 2

ISDN-ISDN 2e, ISDN2, ISDN30 - See Notes 1, 2 and 3

Featureline Compact

Featureline Corporate

Note 1 - The customer must retain at least one of the Qualifying Services throughout the Commitment Period (including any roll over of the Commitment Period or Subsequent Commitment Period) in order to be eligible for BT Business One Plan Traditional.

Note 2 - Business PSTN and ISDN lines (including ISDN2e, ISDN2 and ISDN30) provided under a Contract to which Standard Charges apply. Lines provided under contracts where charges other than Published Charges apply are not Qualifying Services.

Note 3 - ISDN cannot be provided over the same access as Broadband.

Termination of a Qualifying Service

Where the ending or modification of a Standard Contract causes a Qualifying Service to be withdrawn from the Inventory and as a result:

a) there is no longer a Qualifying Service in the Inventory, the BT Business One Plan Traditional contract will end immediately and BT will apply the reconciliation charges set out below as appropriate; or

b) the customer retains at least one Qualifying Service but the number of Qualifying Services is reduced, the BT Business One Plan Traditional contract will continue until the next Spend Measurement Date. If on the next Spend Measurement Date the Total Contributory Spend is less than the Adjusted Nominal Committed Spend, BT will apply the reconciliation charges set out below as appropriate and may also end the BT Business One Plan Traditional contract.

Committed Spend

The Customer must commit to a Committed Spend per annum within one of the (Tiers) below (which are exclusive of VAT). The stated minimum for each Tier is the Nominal Committed Spend.

The Customer will benefit from:

- The call Prices shown in tables at the end of this Part which are dependent upon the Tier within which the Committed Spend lies;

The Reward where the ContractCustomer is datedeligible beforefor the 20thReward as detailed below under August 2012"Benefits or is a Subsequent Contract. Details of theBT RewardBusiness areOne setPlan outTraditional" below.

*These are contracts which will not rollover to a Subsequent Commitment Period. At the end of the Commitment Period the following will not apply:

(a) A Subsequent Commitment Period;

(b) The Committed Spend and associated reconciliation charges (for the avoidance of doubt any reconciliation charges due for the Commitment Period will apply);

Contracts dated before the 20th August 2012 ?- these these Contracts include a Reward details of which appliesare duringset theout Commitmentbelow Periodunder "Benefits (details of whenBT Business One Plan Traditionalit is payable are set out below)". At the end of the Commitment Period the Reward will no longer apply. If the Customer wishes to continue receiving a Reward they can do so by signing a Subsequent Contract.

**These are contracts which will rollover to a Subsequent Commitment Period (to which the Committed Spend will apply) upon expiry of a Commitment Period or a Subsequent Commitment Period unless the Customer ends the Contract between the sixth day before the end of a Commitment Period or Subsequent Commitment Period and the 28th day after the end of a Commitment Period or a Subsequent Commitment Period.

Eligible & Contributory Spend

1) Rental and call spend (excluding VAT) on the Qualifying Services

Note: Eligible & Contributory Spend includes any calls made within any inclusive call allowance within the Qualifying Service and any calls in excess of the inclusive call allowance.

2) Rental and call spend (excluding VAT) on the following:

BT MeetMe ( UK and Global) bridge access spend, Inbound & Outbound MeetMe call charges ( excluding VAT) billed at least one month prior to the Spend Measurement Date, -IDC Call Charges made using the International Direct Connect product.

Non-Eligible & Contributory Spend

IDC Call Charges made using the International Direct Connect product will contribute towards the Non-Eligible & Contributory Spend.

BENEFITS OF BT BUSINESS ONE PLAN TRADITIONAL

Reward - The Reward is included in Contracts as follows:

    Rollover Contracts
- For Contracts dated before the 20th August 2012 the Customer will be eligible for a Reward willup applyto during the CommitmentSpend PeriodMeasurement andDate anyon Subsequentor Commitmentprior Period.     Non Rollover Contract - For Contracts dated before the 20th August 2012 the Reward will apply during the Commitment Period. Upon expiry of the Commitment Period the Reward will cease to apply. Where the Customers signs a new contract the Customer will continue to receive the Reward provided that it is a Subsequent Contract.

      Non Rollover Contracts
    - For Contracts dated before the 20th August 2012 the Customer will be eligible for a Reward up to the Spend Measurement Date on or prior to the 31st August 2014. This Spend Measurement Date will be the last date upon which a Reward will be applied and no Reward will be applied between that Spend Measurement Date and 31st August 2014.

    Where the Customer signs a new contract which is a Subsequent Contract, the Customer will be eligible for a Reward up to the 31st August 2014. This Spend Measurement Date will be the last date upon which a Reward will be applied and no Reward will be applied between that Spend Measurement Date and 31st August 2014.

    The Reward is a credit equal to [Price] 2.5% of the Customer's Contributory Spend which is calculated on the Spend Measurement Date and applied to a subsequent bill as follows:

    The Reward will be measured on the Spend Measurement Date and applied as per BT Business One Plan.

    OTHER BENEFITS OF BT BUSINESS ONE PLAN TRADITIONAL

    As per BT Business One Plan with the following exception:

    The discount on the standard rental as set out in BT Business One Plan will not apply. Customers will be charged the standard applicable rental for services provided within BT Business One Plan Traditional.

    RECONCILIATION CHARGE

    Customer Achieves the Adjusted Nominal Committed Spend

    Customer Does Not Achieve the Adjusted Nominal Committed Spend

    Where on the Spend Measurement Date the Customer's Total Contributory Spend is below the Adjusted Nominal Committed Spend the Customer will pay a reconciliation charge of 100%of the difference between the Total Contributory Spend and the Adjusted Nominal Committed Spend.

    Any rental and calls types not listed below will be charged in accordance with the Standard Contract.

    Calculating Capped Call Pricing and Set-Up Charges

    The price of capped calls will be the set-up Charge plus the pence per minute rate specified, multiplied by the duration of the call in seconds, until the value of the call reaches the cap. The capped call charge will apply until the call duration reaches 1 hour, after which the price of the call will equal the duration of the call less one hour multiplied by the pence per minute rate specified plus the capped call charge from the first hour of the call.

    The application of minimum call charges

    Where a minimum call charge is applicable the minimum call charge applies once the call has been connected. Where the charge for the call exceeds the minimum call charge the charge for the call is applied rather than the minimum call charge.

    Local and National geographic capped call charges will be calculated as follows: The price of a call will be the Set-Up Charge of (3.00p Exc. VAT) plus the pence per minute rate specified in Table A, multiplied by the duration of the call in seconds, until the value of the call reaches 15.00p (Exc. VAT). A maximum 15.00p call charge will apply until the call duration reaches 1 hour, after which the price of the call will equal the duration of the call less one hour multiplied by the pence per minute rate specified in Table A plus the 15.00p Charge from the first hour of the call.

    CALLS TO MOBILES (FROM A FIXED LINE)

    With BT Business One Plan Traditional customers can opt for capped call prices for calls to mobiles (other than those charged at fm2, fm6, fm10 and fm10-fm17 rates, calls to IDD mobiles and calls from ISDN 64Kbit/s data calls to mobile telephones - see Section 2Part 25for these charges) . If the capped option is not selected the uncapped prices will apply.

    International Capped Call prices will be calculated as follows: The price of a call will be the Set-Up Charge of 5.00p (Exc. VAT) plus the pence per minute rate specified in Table F, multiplied by the duration of the call in seconds, until the value of the call reaches the specified cap. The Capped Call price will apply until the call duration reaches 1 hour, after which the price of the call will equal the duration of the call less one hour multiplied by the pence per minute rate specified in Table F plus the Capped Call price from the first hour of the call. Capped rates do not apply to IDD calls to mobile telephones and ISDN64kbit/s data calls.

    Table I : Prices for International Direct Dialled (IDD) Calls to Mobile Telephones

    Other IDD Mobile destinations.

    IDD calls to some mobile telephones and other special and higher rate services registered in foreign countries will be charged at 25.00p (ex VAT)/30.00p (inc VAT) per minute more than the equivalent pence per minute price shown in Table G above for an IDD call to a fixed telephone in that country. Full details of the destinations and number ranges to which this applies are shown at Section 2Part 17

    Prices for Calls From Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland

    Calls from Northern Ireland to fixed telephones in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the appropriate Inland rate. Calls from Northern Ireland to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the same rate as calls from the rest of the United Kingdom to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland.
