All charges are stated exclusive of VAT. The charges detailed in this BT Price List Entry apply to Contracts for BT Business Mobile Broadband except as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT. |
1. Definitions | | The definitions are set out in the Conditions and Service Schedule - please see Paragraph 8 below for more information.
| In addition the following Definitions apply: | ?Broadband Subscription? means the monthly charge payable per line under the contract for BT Business Total Broadband. | ?BT Business Total Broadband? means any of the following broadband services from BT, subject to BT's standard terms and conditions with a 24 month Minimum Period: BT Business Total Broadband Office, BT Business Total Broadband Office Unlimited, BT Business Total Broadband Advance or BT Business Total Broadband Advance Support. |

2. Eligibility | | In order to be eligible for the Service the Customer must take and maintain a Contract for BT Business Total Broadband. Paragraph 9 below sets out the consequences of terminating the Contract for BT Business Total Broadband or any part of it. | If BT cannot provide the BT Business Total Broadband this Contract for BT Business Mobile Broadband will end and you must return the Device (if one has been provided under this Contract) and SIM Card (which BT will de-activate) to BT within 14 calendar days of BT informing you that BT cannot provide the BT Business Total Broadband and you will not be liable for the termination charge set out in paragraph 9 below. | This applies in addition to any other termination rights detailed in the Conditions, Service Schedule and the Welcome Letter (where this states that it forms part of the Contract). |

3. Minimum Period and Minimum Term | | A Minimum Period and Minimum Term of 24 months applies. |

4. Table 1 - Charges - General | | The following charges will apply to: (a) SMS (see Note 1) (b) International Roaming (c) data not included in, or which is in excess of the inclusive BT Mobile allowance specified in Table 2 below. | Table 1 |

5. BT Business Mobile Broadband - Charging Information | | Table 2 |

(a) Subject to paragraph (b) below, if the Customer uses the SIM Card in an alternative device, charges may apply as detailed in Table 1. |
(b) The Customer must not connect, continue connection or knowingly allow any third party to connect or continue the connection of any GSM Gateway to the BT Mobile Network: - (i) where it is illegal or where the Customer is aware or should be aware that such connection is for illegal purposes; and
- (ii) without BT's prior written consent.

To obtain BT's consent under this paragraph the Customer must give BT at least 30 days prior written notice of the Customer's intention to connect to a GSM Gateway and provide a good faith forecast of the likely traffic levels through the planned GSM Gateway. |
A GSM Gateway is defined as a single point of access to the Network from another network using SIM Cards provided by BT and/or any facility enabling the sending of automated SMS messages using SIM Cards provided by BT. |
(c) The Monthly Subscription Charge includes one SIM Card per Connection provided under this Contract. |
(d) BT will provide one Connection for each BT Business Total Broadband line for which the Customer is paying a Broadband Subscription. Any further Connections for BT Business Mobile Broadband will be subject to a separate contract to which BT's standard terms and conditions will apply and to which the allowances and charges detailed in Part 2 of Section 10 of this BT Price List will apply. |
(e) The Service is not available with a BT Mobile Hotspot Device which is defined as: ?BT Mobile Hotspot Device? means a Device that pairs wirelessly with suitable computing equipment provided by the Customer to allow the Customer to connect to the BT Mobile Service. |

(a) The Inclusive Mobile Data Allowance detailed in Table 2 will be applied on a pro-rata basis in the first month. This inclusive allowance applies per Connection and cannot be shared across Connections. |
(b) BT Mobile Data in excess of the allowance detailed in Table 2 will be charged in accordance with Table 1. |
(c) BT Mobile Data usage is measured in kilobytes (KB). 1MB = 1024 Kilobytes (KB), 1024 MB = 1 Gigabyte (GB). The minimum BT Mobile Data charging increment is 1KB. |
(d) The BT Mobile Data allowance set out in Table 2 excludes International Roaming which will be charged in accordance with Table 1. |

(a) The unlimited BT Wi-fi allowance is for use from a BT Wi-fi Site in the UK. |
(b) The unlimited BT Wi-fi will be provisioned in the form of a voucher which the Customer will receive by email to the contact email address provided by the Customer to BT. |
(c) Roaming using BT Wi-fi is not available with the Service. Roaming (which means using BT Wi-fi partner networks in the UK or abroad) can be obtained via a BT Openzone International Voucher which can be purchased at www.btwifi.com/buy. The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions available at http://btwifi.com/terms-and-conditions/conditions-for-wifi-service.jsp. |
6. Charging Information | | (a) Monthly Subscription Charges will be invoiced monthly in advance. (b) Monthly Subscription Charges incurred for periods of less than a month will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. (c) BT Mobile Data and BT Wi-fi usage is recorded and rounded up to the next charging increment. The minimum charging increment for BT Mobile Data is 1KB. (d) Charges are rounded up to the nearest 1p on a daily basis. Charges apply for 24 hours per day. Charges are subject to change from time to time. |

7. Usage Limits | | A usage limit may apply to the Customer's account and/or SIM Card, but it is the responsibility of the Customer to monitor their mobile spend. Where the account does have a usage limit, BT will alert the user of the SIM Card, firstly when spend incurred falls outside the account's allowance and secondly BT will tell the user that Service will be suspended unless the bill payer contacts us. Please refer to www.bt.com/mobileusage for more details about usage. | International Roaming - in order to comply with EU Regulation BT may apply a usage limit for data (?Data Roaming?)*. This limit will be applied to the SIM Card and will apply per billing month. The user of the SIM Card will be sent 2 alerts (or a pop up where the user is using a USB Modem Device**) advising them that they are approaching the limit set by BT and providing guidance on how to contact BT about the limit. Upon reaching the limit, the user of the SIM Card will receive a final SMS alert (or pop up**) advising that the Data Roaming will be suspended unless BT is contacted by the bill payer/Account holder. Please refer to www.bt.com/mobileeu for more information about these limits and alerts (pop ups**). Contact details for BT will be included in the alert (pop up**). | *the Data Roaming default limit is set at 50 Euros, when applying this limit BT will use the exchange rate published for this purpose at www.bt.com/mobileeu.
| **In order to receive the pop ups, the Customer must download the latest version of BT Access Manager software (version 85 and above). This is available at www.bt.com/btam. | Please note that some devices (those without SMS functionality) may not receive the alerts and therefore when using such a device, monitoring of usage by the Customer when International Roaming is essential as the Customer will be liable for any charges. |

8. Conditions | | The Contract for BT Business Mobile Broadband comprises: - (i) This BT Price List;
- (ii) The Conditions for BT Business Services (BT1130);
- (iii) The Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147);
- (iv) The Welcome Letter where this states it forms part of the Contract or the Charges Schedule where one is provided; and
- (v) The Annex to the Service Schedule (BT1147a) where the Customer's Contract includes a service or option listed in the Annex.

9. Termination Charges and Rules | | Subject to paragraph (b) below, if: (a) The contract for BT Business Total Broadband is terminated, in which case the Contract for BT Business Mobile Broadband and all Connection provided under it will terminate; or (b) A Subscription under the contract for BT Business Total Broadband is terminated, in which case the Connection associated with it under the BT Business Mobile Broadband will terminate; or (c) The Customer terminates the Contract for BT Business Mobile, the Service, part of the Service or a Connection, BT will apply an early termination charge equal to the outstanding Monthly Subscription Charge due to the end of the Minimum Term for any Connection terminated. | Further detail of the termination charges is detailed in the Welcome Letter (where this states it forms part of the Contract) or where such a Welcome Letter is not received, the Charges Schedule. |
