The charges for calls, texts and data in the EU and EEA will be reduced from the 1st July 20132014. This is applied automatically to all Customers.

*Customers will be charged according to the date the charge was incurred and not the date billed.

Optional Extras

Customers can reduce the charges for calls by taking a BT Optional Extra as follows:

Europe Roamer Voice Extra - information about this can be found in the following parts of this Section of the BT Price List dependent upon whether the Customer's Service is BT Talk Time Solo, BT Talk Time Sharer or BT Business Circle Complete:

Note 1 - Voice

Voice International and Roaming calls are charged at BT standard rates for Business customers, details of which can be found on http://www.bt.com/mobileeu

For voice calls when Roaming in the EU, the following applies: Calls made will be subject to a minimum call duration of 30 seconds after which per second billing will apply. Calls received whilst in the EU are not subject to a minimum call duration and are charged on a per second basis.

Note 2 - Data

The charges apply to all Roaming data sent and received via the Service. The charges are dependent upon the rates applicable at the time the data was sent or received. The rate for rest of the world is £6 per MB.

Charges are incurred for data received and sent per SIM Card. Each MB of usage is charged on a pro rata basis in units of 1KB.

The above charge for SMS is based upon an exchange rate specified by the European Union details of which can be found at http://www.bt.com/mobileeu

GENERAL

All charges are stated exclusive of Value Added Tax or any other applicable in country sales, use tax or like charge in a country where the Service is provided, which is payable by you and which will be added to BT's invoices as appropriate. International and Roaming charges will be invoiced in arrears.
