All charges are stated exclusive of VAT. The charges detailed in this BT Price List Entry apply to Contracts for BT Talk Time Sharer except as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

Please note that BT Talk Time Sharer including any Options or Optional Extras must not be used with a GSM Gateway which is defined as follows:

"GSM Gateway" means a single point of access to the Network from another network using SIM Cards provided by BT and/or any facility enabling the sending of automated SMS messages using SIM Cards provided by BT.

1. Definitions

The definitions are set out in the Conditions and Service Schedule ? please see Paragraph 8 below for more information.

2. Minimum Period and Minimum Term

The Minimum Period and Minimum Term for BT Talk Time Sharer is:

(a) A Minimum Period and Minimum Term of 12 months; or

(b) A Minimum Period and Minimum Term of 24 months.

The Minimum Period and Minimum Term applicable to the Customer will be detailed in the Confirmation Email.

3. Table 1 ? Charges - General

The following charges will apply to:

  • (a) MMS
  • (b) International Roaming
  • (c) calls, texts and data not included in, or which are in excess of any inclusive data, minutes or SMS allowance specified in Table 2 and Table 4 below.

*For each Inclusive Minutes Bundle there is a nominated Primary Connection. Secondary Connections are associated with each Primary Connection and the Inclusive Minutes detailed in Table 2 are shared across the Primary and Secondary Connections. The Monthly Subscription Charge per Primary Connection is set out in Table 2 and the Monthly Subscription Charge per Secondary Connection is set out in Table 3. Where the Minimum Term applicable to the Primary Connection is 12 months, the Minimum Term applicable to the Secondary Connection will be 12 months. Where the Minimum Term applicable to the Primary Connection is 24 months, the Minimum Term applicable to the Secondary Connection will be 24 months.

The Inclusive Minutes and Inclusive SMS will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

The following are included in the Monthly Subscription Charge for BT Talk Time Sharer:

    Note 1 - Inclusive Minutes

(a) The Inclusive Minutes allowance set out in Table 2 above, can be used as follows:

  • (i) Voice Calls to other UK mobile users in the UK from your BT mobiles (when using a BT SIM Card);
  • (ii) Voice calls made within the UK: to UK fixed lines (01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers excluding Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), to Republic of Ireland and EU;
  • (iii) Calls in excess of the Inclusive Minutes allowance in Table 2 above are charged at the standard applicable BT Talk Time pence per minute rate and can be found at www.bt.com/business/mobile.

(b) The following call types are excluded from the Inclusive Minutes allowance set out in Table 2 above: Calls to 0800 numbers, directory enquiries, premium rate services and international direct dial (except for Republic of Ireland and EU) and International Roaming calls. These are charged at the standard applicable BT Talk Time Sharer pence per minute rate as detailed in Table 1.

(c) The Inclusive Minutes allowance applies to the Primary Connection and its associated Secondary Connections and cannot be shared across other accounts and will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

    Note 2 - Inclusive Call Allowance

(a) A 3000 minute Inclusive Call Allowance applies per Primary and Secondary Connection for voice calls. This applies in addition to the Inclusive Minutes allowance in Table 2 to:

  • (i) Voice calls between your BT mobiles, to other BT mobile users in the UK (where both the caller and the recipient are using a BT SIM Card); and
  • (ii) Voice mail retrievals from your BT mobile (when using a BT SIM Card

These calls are at no extra cost, will not decrement the Inclusive Minutes allowance. Calls in excess of this allowance are charged in accordance with Table 1.

The Inclusive Call Allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

5. Optional Extras

These Optional Extras are available on BT Talk Time Sharer Contracts to which either a 12 or 24 month Minimum Period and Minimum Term applies.

    Note 3 - Optional Extras - General

(a) The Monthly Subscription Charge for the Optional Extras is an additional charge and applies in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge set out in Tables 2 and 3. For information about these options please refer to the following Notes. The Monthly Subscription Charge applies per Primary and Secondary Connection and the inclusive data and minutes associated with the Optional Extras apply per Primary and Secondary Connection. The Inclusive allowance set out in Table 4 will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

(b) The Minimum Term applicable to the Connection to which the Optional Extra is applied will apply to the Optional Extra.

(c) Once an Optional Extra is added to a Connection any removal of the Optional Extra from that Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Optional Extra due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where a Connection is terminated within its Minimum Term the additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Optional Extra will be included in any calculation of termination charges.

(d) Usage in excess of the allowance applicable to an Optional Extra (as stated in Table 4 above) will be charged in accordance with Table 1.

(e) Any allowance applicable to an Optional Extra (as stated in Table 4) which is unused will be lost on termination of the Optional Extra, the Connection, the Service or the Contract.

    Note 4 - Account 3000 Text Extra and User 3000 Text Extra

(a) Account 3000 Text Extra and User 3000 Text Extra usage apply to SMS sent within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) from a BT SIM Card to BT mobile users and other UK mobile users and excludes International Roaming and premium rate SMS. Account 3000 Text Extra and User 3000 Text Extra include the inclusive allowances set out in Table 4.

(b) The options are available as follows:

  • (i) For Account 3000 Text Extra - it must apply to all Connections (Primary Connections and Secondary Connections) provided under the Contract;
  • (ii) For User 3000 Text Extra - it can be applied to any Primary and Secondary Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

(c) Where new Connections (Primary Connections or Secondary Connections) are added to a Contract to which Account 3000 Text Extra has been applied, Account 3000 Text Extra will be applied to those new Connections. The additional Monthly Subscription Charge will apply in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection.

(d) Where Account 3000 Text Extra or User 3000 Text Extra is removed, SMS usage will be charged at the standard applicable BT Talk Time Sharer per message charge (as detailed in Table 1).

    Note 5 - UK Landline Voice Extra

(a) UK Landline Voice Extra is an Optional Extra that provides the inclusive allowance set out in Table 4. Applies to voice calls made within the UK from your BT mobiles (when using a BT Mobile SIM card) to any UK fixed line numbers commencing with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). These calls are at no extra cost and will not decrement the Inclusive Minutes allowance.

(b) The Optional Extra does not have to be taken on all Connections.

(c) Where new Connections (Primary Connections or Secondary Connections) are added to a Contract to which UK Landline Voice Extra has been applied, UK Landline Voice Extra will be applied to those new Connections. The additional Monthly Subscription Charge will apply in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

    Note 6 - Helplines Voice Extra

(a) Helplines Voice Extra is an Optional Extra that provides the inclusive allowance set out in Table 4. Applies to voice calls as follows: voice calls made within the UK from the Customer?s BT Mobile (while using a BT SIM Card) to any UK fixed line numbers commencing 0870, 0845 and 0800.

(b) The option can be applied to any Primary or Secondary Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

    Note 7 - Europe Roamer Voice Extra

(a) Europe Roamer Voice Extra is an Optional Extra that provides the inclusive allowance set out in Table 4. Applies to voice calls as follows: incoming calls in Europe, to a BT Mobile SIM Card; and calls at reduced charge of 16 pence per minute within Europe.

(b) The option can be applied to any Primary and Secondary Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

    Note 8 - Talk Time Value Extra

(a) Talk Time Value Extra is an Optional Extra that includes the following:

  • (i) Helplines Voice Extra
  • (ii) UK Landline Voice Extra
  • (iii) Europe Roamer Voice Extra

and provides the inclusive allowance for each of those Optional Extras set out in Table 4.

(b) The option can be applied to any Primary and Secondary Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

(c) The additional Monthly Subscription Charge detailed in Table 4 applies per Primary and Secondary Connection and replaces the additional Monthly Subscription Charges applicable to Helplines Voice Extra, UK Landline Voice Extra and Europe Roamer Voice Extra. It is in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection.

(d) Where you have taken the Talk Time Value Extra the notes applicable to Helplines Voice Extra UK Landline Voice Extra and Europe Roamer Voice Extra set out above apply except as amended by this Note 8.

    Note 9 - European Traveller Extra

(a) The European Traveller Extra is an Optional Extra that provides the allowances detailed in Table 4. The allowances apply where the BT Mobile SIM Card is being used within the EU (excluding the UK).

(b) The allowances detailed in Table 4 above apply as follows:

  • (i) 20 minutes per month in total of voice calls received or made via the BT SIM Card;
  • (ii) 20 SMS per day sent from the BT SIM Card;
  • (iii) 20 MB of Data per day sent and received via the BT SIM Card.

(c) It can be applied to any Primary and Secondary Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections) but cannot be shared across Connections and cannot be carried forward to the next month.

(d) The following exclusions apply:

  • (i) Calls made or received in non-EU countries and the UK and the following numbers:
  • - Personal number services (numbers started with 070);
  • - Call forwarding services;
  • - Directory Enquiries;
  • - Numbers beginning with 04x, 08x and 09x.
  • (ii) Texts sent or received in non-EU countries and the UK;
  • (iii) Mobile data sent and received in non-EU countries and the UK.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

    Note 10 - 500MB UK Data Extra

(a) The 500MB UK Data Extra provides an allowance of 500MB of data as detailed in Table 4 and is addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge.

(b) The option can be applied to any Primary and Secondary Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

(c) There is no monthly roll over of any unused data allowance.

(d) Where the Customer has more than one data allowance, charges for excess data usage will only apply when all data allowances have been used on that Connection for that month.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

    Note 11 - 1GB UK Data Extra

(a) The 1 GB UK Data Extra provides an allowance of 1GB of data as detailed in Table 4 and is addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge.

(b) The option can be applied to any Primary and Secondary Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

(c) There is no monthly roll over of any unused data allowance.

(d) Where the Customer has more than one data allowance, charges for excess data usage will only apply when all data allowances have been used on that Connection for that month.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

    Note 12 - 3 GB UK Data Extra

(a) The 3GB UK Data Extra provides an allowance of 3GB of data as detailed in Table 4 above and is addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge.

(b) The option can be applied to any Primary and Secondary Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

(c) There is no monthly roll over of any unused data allowance.

(d) Where the Customer has more than one data allowance, charges for excess data usage will only apply when all data allowances have been used on that Connection for that month.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

    Note 13 - 5 GB UK Data Extra

(a) The 5GB UK Data Extra provides an allowance of 5GB of data as detailed in Table 4 above and is addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge.

(b) The option can be applied to any Primary and Secondary Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

(c) There is no monthly roll over of any unused data allowance.

(d) Where the Customer has more than one data allowance, charges for excess data usage will only apply when all data allowances have been used on that Connection for that month.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

    Note 14 - Shared UK Data Extra

(a) The Shared UK Data Extra provides the data allowance detailed in the Order Form and is addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge. The Data allowance can be shared as detailed in paragraph (c) below.

(b) The Shared UK Data Extra is available on Connections to which a 24 month Minimum Term applies.

(c) Under the Shared UK Data Extra one Connection will be designated as the Primary Connection and the additional Monthly Subscription Charge detailed in the Order Form will apply to that Primary Connection. The Customer can nominate the Connections that can share that allowance with the Primary Connection and these will be the Secondary Connections for the purposes of Shared UK Data. The additional Monthly Subscription Charge for the Secondary Connections is set out in the Order Form.

(d) There is no monthly roll over of any unused data allowance with the Shared UK Data Extra.

(e) Where the Customer has more than one data allowance, charges for excess data usage will only apply when all data allowances have been used on that Connection for that month.

(f) If the Customer terminates the Shared UK Data Extra Primary Connection, BT will designate one of the Secondary Connections to the Primary Connection and the additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Primary Connection will apply to that Connection from then on. If the Primary Connection was within its Minimum Term when terminated, the early termination charges will be the outstanding additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to a Secondary Connection due to the end of the Minimum Term and not that applicable to Primary Connection, provided that a Secondary Connection has been designated as the replacement Primary Connection.

    Note 15 - BlackBerry

BlackBerry Internet Service

Where BT Talk Time Sharer is taken with BlackBerry Internet Service the following applies (BlackBerry Internet Service is hereafter referred to as BIS).

Monthly Subscription Charge - the relevant Monthly Subscription Charge set out in the Table 4 above will apply. The Monthly Subscription Charge includes a BlackBerry Handset. One BlackBerry Handset will be provided per Connection. Additional BlackBerry Handsets will be subject to a new Minimum Term and the Monthly Subscription Charge will apply.

Once BIS has been added to a Connection it cannot be removed from that Connection.

BIS - International Roaming - Data (?Data Roaming?)

Data Roaming will be charged as follows excluding BlackBerry 10 (which was previously known as BlackBerry 10 with ActiveSync):

(a) When using the BlackBerry browser a charge for Data Roaming of £6.00 per day will apply; and

(b) When the BlackBerry browser is not used, Data Roaming will be charged on a per MB basis as detailed in Section 10 of this BT Price List.

(c) When International Roaming the Mobile Hotspot facility is not available.

BlackBerry 10 (previously known as BlackBerry 10 with ActiveSync)

Where BT Talk Time Sharer is taken with BlackBerry 10 the following applies (BlackBerry 10 may also be referred to as BB10).

Monthly Subscription Charge - When taking BlackBerry 10 the Customer must take one of the Optional Extras set out in Table 4 above, for which an Additional Monthly Subscription will apply, as detailed in Table 4. An additional Monthly Subscription Charge does not apply to BlackBerry 10. Where the Customer chooses BlackBerry 10, BT will provide one BlackBerry 10 Handset per Connection. Additional BlackBerry Handsets will be subject to a new Minimum Term and the Monthly Subscription Charge will apply.

BlackBerry 10 - International Roaming - Data ("Data Roaming")

For Connections using the BlackBerry 10 Data Roaming will be charged on a per MB basis as detailed in Section 10 of this BT Price List.

    Note 16 - BT Mobile Wi-fi for Android Devices

Any Devices that utilise the Android operating system provided by BT under this Contract, includes the provision of Unlimited BT Wi-fi for the Minimum Term of any Connection to which it is applied. In order to benefit from Unlimited BT Wi-fi, the Customer must download the BT Mobile App for BT Mobile Wi-fi software from the Android Market. The software is subject to terms and conditions which the Customer must accept in order to download the software.

The unlimited BT Wi-fi minutes cannot be used when Roaming (which means where access is provided via an alternative wireless data service for which BT has an agreement with an alternative wireless data service provider).

6. Charging Information

(a) Monthly Subscription Charges incurred for periods of less than a month will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

(b) Call charging rates that vary according to the time of day are billed according to the time of call initiation.

(c) Charges are in pence per minute and call charges are rounded to the nearest penny. Charges apply for 24 hours per day. Charges are subject to change from time to time.

(d) Where the Customer subscribes to an Inclusive Tariff (which means the monthly charge includes data or text usage or voice minutes), Eligible Elements (which means the data usage, text and voice minutes provided as part of an Inclusive Tariff) will be set against the Inclusive Tariff in the order in which the Eligible Elements are used. Where the Inclusive Tariff allows unused Eligible Elements to be carried forward, they will be used first in the next monthly bill period. Any Eligible Elements that are not used when this Contract ends will be cancelled. No credit will be given.

(e) For voice calls when International Roaming in the EU the following applies: Calls made will be subject to a minimum call duration of 30 seconds after which per second billing will apply. Calls received are not subject to minimum call duration and are charged on a per second basis. The charges are detailed in Section 10 of the BT Price List.

(f) For calls where capping applies standard rates will apply as soon as the 1st hour has been exceeded.

7. Usage Limits

A usage limit may apply to the Customer?s account and/or SIM Card, but it is the responsibility of the Customer to monitor their mobile spend. Where the account does have a usage limit, BT will alert the user of the SIM Card, firstly when spend incurred falls outside the accounts allowance and secondly BT will tell the user that service will be suspended unless the bill payer contacts us. Please refer to www.bt.com/mobileusage for more details about usage.

International Roaming ? in order to comply with EU Regulation BT may apply a usage limit for data (?Data Roaming?)*. This limit will be applied to the SIM Card and will apply per billing month. The user of the SIM Card will be sent 2 alerts advising them that they are approaching the limit set by BT and providing guidance on how to contact BT about the limit. Upon reaching the limit, the user of the SIM Card will receive a final SMS alert advising that the Data Roaming will be suspended unless BT is contacted by the bill payer/Account holder. Please refer to http://www.bt.com/mobileeu for more information about these limits and alerts. Contact details for BT will be included in the alert.

*the Data Roaming default limit is set at 50 Euros, when applying this limit BT will use the exchange rate published for this purpose at http://www.bt.com/mobileeu.

Please note that some devices (those without SMS functionality) may not receive the alerts and therefore when using such a device, monitoring of usage by the Customer when International Roaming is essential as the Customer will be liable for any charges.

8. Conditions

(a)

    General

The Contract for BT Talk Time Sharer comprises:

  • (i) This BT Price List;
  • (ii) Conditions for BT Business Services (BT1130);
  • (iii) Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147);
  • (iv) The Welcome Letter where this states it forms part of the Contract or the Charges Schedule where one is provided; and
  • (v) The Annex to the Service Schedule (BT1147a) where the Customer?s Contract includes a service or option listed in the Annex.

The Conditions and Service Schedule can be found at http://www.bt.com/terms(or any other url that BT advises to the Customer) under the heading: Mobile Service (Business).

    (b) BlackBerry Internet Service

Where the Customer takes BIS, the terms and conditions for BIS set out in the Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147) will apply.

    (c) BlackBerry 10 (previously known as BlackBerry 10 with ActiveSync)

Where the Customer takes BlackBerry 10, the terms and conditions for BlackBerry 10 set out in the Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147) will apply.

    (d) EU Roaming Data Extra Optional Extras

Where one of the EU Roaming Data Extra Optional Extras (as detailed in Section 10 Part 7 of this BT Price List) is applied to a Connection, the Contract will incorporate the terms and conditions applicable to EU Roaming Data Extra (as detailed in Section 10 Part 7).

    (e) Application of Options or Optional Extras

Where the Customer orders an Option or Optional Extra to be applied to a Connection provided under this Contract, the terms and conditions applicable to that Option or Optional Extra will apply and will be incorporated into the Customer?s Contract. The terms and conditions (including the charges and any inclusions or exclusions) applicable to that additional Option or Optional Extra will be as detailed above.

(f) a GSM Gateway must not be used with BT Talk Time Sharer, more information can be found in the Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147).

9. Termination Charges

Where the Customer terminates the Contract, the Service, part of the Service or a Connection during the Minimum Term of any Connection, the termination charges detailed in the Welcome Letter (where this states it forms part of the Contract) will apply. Where such a Welcome Letter is not received, the termination charges will be as detailed in the Charges Schedule.
