The option is not available for new supply from 1 June 2003. The option is on a per account basis (where all lines on the account are at a single address) excluding customers who have:

• -Business Lines
• -Lines not provided by BT
• -Public Payphone Lines
• -Payphone Lines rented at the concessionary rate
• -Out of Area Lines
• -Exchange Lines provided at non served premises
• -Service Provider Calls & Access
• -ISDN Lines
• -Shared Service lines
• -Telepoint
• -Temporary lines

and:

(B) the following Calling Plans:

• -Unlimited Weekend Plan
• -Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan
• -Unlimited Anytime Plan
• -BT Working Together
• -BT Working Together Talk (now withdrawn)
