Unlimited Anytime Plan Plus is an opt-in package available only with a 12 month minimum term contract period that provides residential Customers with UK calls at all times at zero pence per minute for the first hour of each call (other conditions apply), fixed to mobile direct dialled pence per minute rates with a minimum discount of 50% compared to standard call plan tariffs and further special pence per minute rates for most other inland and international calls. The Calling Plan, available on PSTN incorporates line rental for one line within the overall Calling Plan fee.

If the customer decides to end their contract within the 12 month minimum term contract period, they will incur a single charge for each month left of [Price] (notthe subjectminimum to VAT) for each month left of the minimum term.

Eligibility

The Calling Plan is available to all residential customers on a per account basis (where all lines on the account are at a single address) excluding customers who have:

(A):

- Business Lines (see note 1 below)

- Lines not provided by BT

- Public Payphone Lines

- Payphone Lines rented at the concessionary rate

- Out of Area Lines - Exchange Lines provided at non served premises

- Service Provider Calls & Access

- ISDN Lines - Shared Service lines

- Telepoint

- Temporary lines

- Low Loss Lines

- Alarm lines

and:

(B) the following Calling Plans:

- BT Working Together

- BT Together

- Local Calls Option

- Unlimited Weekend Plan

- Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan

- Unlimited Anytime Plan .

For item (B) above customers may migrate from these discount options to Calling Plans without being held to term, and all fees paid in advance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis from the date of taking up Calling Plans.

NOTE 1: Customers converting from BT business to BT residential lines will only be eligible to take advantage of this Calling Plan 6 months after their conversion date.

Pricing Information

    PSTN Lines

Unlimited Anytime Plan Plus is available for an option fee, of [Price] inc. VAT per month plus standard line rental of [Price] eachinc. VAT per month. This includes the following:

Calls to identified Internet Service Providers using geographic numbers will be charged at the rates shown in Table 1b. A list of these numbers is available at bt.com.

Calls of any type for which there is no Calling Plans pence per minute rate specified will be charged at the specified rate (including Chargecard calls; Directory Enquiries - all numbers beginning with 118 and Operator Controlled Calls excluding 198). Calls to the Channel Islands will be charged at rates shown in Table 1b below.

Charges for calls to 05XX numbers and number ranges are shown in Section 2 Part 11 of the BT Price List.

Charges for calls to 08XX numbers and number ranges are shown in Section 2 Part 13 of the BT Price List.

Charges for calls to 09XX numbers and number ranges are shown in Section 2 Part 14 of the BT Price List.

Charges for calls to all 118 numbers and number ranges are shown in Section 2 Part 15 of the BT Price List.

Charges for calls to 123 numbers and number ranges are shown in Section 2 Part 16 of the BT Price List.

Charges for fixed fee calls are shown in Section 2 Part 1 Sub Part 3 of the BT Price List.

Table 1a - Geographic UK Direct Dialled PPM Prices (except calls terminating on Internet Service Providers)



* 'UK' includes calls to any number range charged at g21 rates and shown as 11 under Categorisation for Customer Options in Section 2 Part 11

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged at the rates shown in Table 1a above. Calls from Northern Ireland to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the same rate as calls from the rest of the United Kingdom to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland..

0845 and 0870 Direct Dialled PPM Prices

0845 and 0870 calls of up to 1 hour are charged at 0 pence per minute at all times, excluding calls to identified Internet Service Providers, and Calling Card and Dial-through access numbers. Fair Usage Policy applies. Maximum 1000 minutes or 150 calls a month. If either of these limits on inclusive calls is exceeded, BT will charge for these calls until further notice. Calls exceeding an hour or made to excluded numbers will be charged at the appropriate Service Number rate (see section on Service Number Direct Dialled PPM Prices below).

Service Number (084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers) Direct Dialled PPM Prices

Calls to service numbers starting 084, 087, 09 and 118 consist of an Access Charge from BT charged at 9.17p per minute Exc. VAT ( 11.0p per minute Inc. VAT), plus a service charge set by the company you call. See Section 2 Part 1 Subpart 6 for details of service charge prices.

Customers with Unlimited Anytime Plan Plus will be entitled to 200 free texts per calendar month.



* each text message is limited to 160 characters. Where a request is made to send a text which exceeds 160 characters the message will be delivered as multiple messages each up to 160 characters length. Each text will be charged at the rate appropriate to the destination telephone.

** Texts to premium rate services are not currently available.

Call prices will not apply to International 64k data calls which will be charged at rates in Section 2 Part 25, where applicable.

Conditions.

1. Service is provided under BT's terms & conditions for residential service as amended by the conditions below.

2. The zero pence per minute UK rates available within the Unlimited Anytime Plan Plus are intended for voice calls only and apply to the first hour of the call (after which time the pence per minute prices specified in Table 1a will apply). BT reserves the right to charge the rates in Table 1b, for the full duration of the call where the call has been made, for example, the purpose of accessing the Internet.

3. BT reserves the right to withdraw the Unlimited Anytime Plan Plus from a customer where use of this service, in BT's opinion, risks degradation of service levels to other customers and/or puts BT's network at risk.

4. BT reserves the right to withdraw the Unlimited Anytime Plan Plus from a customer where this service is being used for purposes that, in BT's opinion, are not in keeping with those reasonably expected of a Residential customer. e.g. Telemarketing.
