BT Communicator fees are as follows:

Monthly Payments

Calls

BT Communicator calls are charged as the customers' BT Together Option call charges. Please see earlier in this Section.

All BT Communicator calls are automatically terminated after the first hour (60 minutes).

Calls to Local Rate Number Translation Service (NTS) (0845) numbers will be charged at the BT Together Option Local call rates shown earlier in this Section, i.e. these calls are not eligible for the zero pence per minute charge.

Calls to the Channel Islands will be charged at rates shown in BT Together Option rates shown earlier in this Section.

BT Together Option 1 Customers

* Evening & night-time and weekend calls are charged at 3.8p exc. VAT (4.5p inc. VAT) for the first hour.

BT Together Option 2 Customers

Clic2connect

For Clic2connect calls there is an Activation charge per call

Non chargeable Calls and Activation Charges

Customers joining the BT Communicator Service will be entitled to one month's non chargeable Local and National geographic Clic2call and Clic2connect Calls and Activation charge from the date of joining the service.

BT Together Local

Customers on BT Together Local are eligible for BT Communicator, calls will be charged at the BT Together Local call rates shown in Part 5 of this Section.

BT Working Together (Res) and BT Working Together (Res) - Talk

Customers on BT Working Together (Res) and BT Working Together (Res) - Talk are eligible for BT Communicator, calls will be charged at the BT Working Together (Res) and BT Working Together (Res) - Talk call rates shown in Parts 6 and 7 of this Section.

National Call PPM Prices to Channel Islands

See Table 1b of BT Together Option, within Parts 1, 2 or 3 of this Section.

Inland NTS (0845) Direct Dialled PPM Prices

See Table 2 of BT Together Option, within Parts 1, 2 or 3 of this Section.

International Direct Dialled (IDD) PPM Prices

Except as shown in the table below, IDD calls will be charged the same as BT Together Option.

Please note that;

• Friends & Family or Friends & Family Auto Update applies
• The Cap applies to the first hour of each call.
• The platform terminates the calls after 1 hour.

Internet Call Waiting (ICW) and Internet Call Barring

Internet Call Waiting and Internet Call Barring are provided as features of BT Communicator but are part of the BT Calling Features set of products. Charges for Internet Call Waiting and Internet Call Barring and other Calling Features are described within Section 2 Part 4 sub part `BT CALLING FEATURES' of the BT Price List.

Notes: Internet Call Waiting (ICW) is not compatible with the standard Call Waiting service.

Customer's who subscribe to BT's Call Barring service and who are also BT Communicator customers will additionally be able to use the Internet Call Barring service, which gives the ability to bar certain types of numbers on calls made through their PC.

The fees include VAT rounded up to the nearest penny.
