Customers can elect to have an option, BT Call Centre Advance (CCA), at the time of choosing BT Premier Value. CCA is an outbound calling option. By paying a monthly channel and/or line fee, Customers will be able to benefit from reduced charges for inland, national geographic and fixed to mobile calls. The monthly fee and associated call charges under CCA will contribute towards the Total Contributory Call Spend for BT Premier Value, See Section 56 Part 19 - BT Call Centre Advance. |
14. Reconciliation: |
For all contracts with a Spend Measurement Date after 1st April 2004, BT will allow a 10% tolerance on Customers' Spend Value to allow for the effect of price reductions during the expired Contract Period. This means that if the Customer's Total Contributory Call Spend is at least 90% of the Spend Value, no reconciliation charges will apply. |
14.1)If; - i) the Customer's Total Contributory Call Spend on the Spend Measurement Date is below the agreed Adjusted Spend Value:
- or
- ii) the Customer cancels the contract before the end of the Contract Period and before reaching the agreed Adjusted Spend Value,
|
then for Bands A, B, C, D, E & F the Customer shall pay a reconciliation payment of 25% of the difference between the Total Contributory Spend for the Contract Period and the agreed Adjusted annual Spend Value. For Bands G and H the Customer's calls will be re-priced at the Spend Band appropriate to the Customer's Total Contributory Call Spend. The sum total of the difference in the pence per minute charged at the original Spend Band and the pence per minute prices shown in the Spend Band that the actual Total Contributory Call Spend falls within for all the minutes used between the Operational Service Date and the Spend Measurement Date will be charged. Customers' PST calls will be re-calculated at the appropriate tariff and any Featurenet call spend will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis using the PST call spend as a profile, i.e If £100000 PST local call spend is re-priced at £110000 (increase of 10%), then £50000 Featurenet local call spend will be re-calculated at £55000 (£50000 + 10%). |
BT Premier Value with BT Mobile |
BT Mobile Spend will be taken into account in determining the Customer's Total Contributory Call Spend with effect from 1 July 2006. |
Reconciliation charges will be raised against the Customer's PST billing account. |
14.2)Customers may apply at any time during the Contract Period to move: - i) up to a higher Spend Value but not to a lower Spend Value.
- ii) to another BT discount product for the same services, of equivalent or higher Spend Value and contract term.
|
In respect of i) and ii) above, a charge will be applied if the Customer has not, at the date of application, achieved 90% of their pro-rata achievable Adjusted Spend Value. The charge applied will be calculated as follows: 25% of the difference between the Total Contributory Spend and 90% of the pro-rata achievable Adjusted Spend Value. |
If BT agrees to (i) or (ii) above, then a new Contract will begin. |
BT Premier Value with BT Mobile |

14.3)Where a BT Premier Value customer wishes to include additional BT Premier Value service(s), the following will apply: - (i) a new Contract will begin

|
BT Premier Value with BT Mobile |
BT Mobile Spend will be taken into account in determining the Customer's Total Contributory Call Spend with effect from 1 July 2006. |
14.4)Migration to BT's hosted voice services - Customers with Spend Value of £100000.00 p.a or more. |
Customers may decide at any time during the Contract Period to move to BT's hosted voice service (i.e Featurenet, Embark or MMVOIP). It may not be technically feasible to install a hosted voice service without a lead time. For this reason at the time the Customer signs a Contract with BT for the supply of a hosted voice service, the Customer will not at the same time be required to terminate the BT Premier Value Contract. The Customer may opt for any Call Spend under the hosted voice service Contract to count as Total Contributory Call Spend under the existing BT Premier Value Contract. The following conditions will apply for this option. - (a)Following signature of the hosted voice service Contract, the Customer must complete a hosted voice service migration form before the next Spend Measurement Date of the BT Premier Value Contract.
- (b)The hosted voice service Contract signed by the Customer must result in the Customer's average annual total hosted voice service Committed Spend being increased by a sum equal to or greater than 90% of the Spend Value under the existing BT Premier Value Contract.
- (c)If the BT Premier Value Contract continues for a further Contract Period, this option will expire at the end of the Contract Period immediately following the Contract Period in which the hosted voice service Contract is signed. The Customer agrees that the BT Premier Value Contract will terminate on the second Spend Measurement Date following signature of the hosted voice service Contract.
|
For the avoidance of doubt - (a)At the end of each Contract Period, the standard reconciliation rules will apply.
- (b)If at the end of the final Contract Period the Customer requires BT Premier Value Prices to apply to its remaining PST contracts, if any, the Customer will be required to enter into a new BT Premier Value Contract.
