Unlimited Anytime Plan is available for an option fee of £6.85 inc. VAT per month plus line rental of £15.45 inc VAT per month. For customers who receive bills with quarterly charges shown as VAT exclusive amounts, this will appear as a combined total of £55.75 per quarter. The fee includes the following:

• -Line Rental (for one line)
• -The call prices specified in Tables 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4 and 5, which include a zero pence per minute charge for the first hour of each UK Geographic call except those to Internet Service Provider numbers (conditions apply)
• -Reduced call prices for calls to Mobile Phones (Unlimited Anytime Plan customers automatically receive Mobile Saver rates - See Part 5 of this Section)
• -Unlimited Anytime Plan is also available to Customers with 2 or more PSTN lines on the same account: the pence per minute rates for Unlimited Anytime Plan apply on all lines on the account.
• -Customers will pay £46.35 inc. VAT (£38.62 exc. VAT) fee for the additional lines on the same account.

A payment processing fee is payable on each account for Customers who do not settle their accounts by Monthly Payment Plan or Direct Debit - see Section 15Part 12sub part 3. The payment processing fee is levied by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Telecommunications plc.

From 3rd December 2011 the paper-free discount has been withdrawn. - please refer to line rental saver (Section 55Part 20) for details of an alternative which requires paper-free billing and includes a discount on rental. Paper-free billing remains available as an option for all.

Calls to Local Number Translation Service (NTS) (0X45) numbers will be charged at the Unlimited Anytime Plan 0845 rates shown in Tables 2 (a) and 2 (b), .ie not all these calls are eligible for the zero pence per minute charge.

Calls to identified Internet Service Providers using geographic numbers will be charged at the rates shown in Table 1b. A list of these numbers is available at bt.com

Calls of any type for which there is no Calling Plans pence per minute rate specified will be charged at the specified rate (including Chargecard calls; Directory Enquiries - all numbers beginning with 118; 195 service and Operator Controlled Calls). excludingCalls 198).to Callsthe toChannel theIslands Channelwill Islandsbe willcharged rates shown in table 1b below.be charged at rates shown in Table 1b below.

Fair Usage Policy: Customers who exceed 1000 minutes or 150 calls in a month to 0870 numbers will be charged the rates shown in Table 1 (c) below.

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged at the rates shown in Table 1a above. Calls from Northern Ireland to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the same rate as calls from the rest of the United Kingdom to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland.

Calls to identified Internet Service Providers, and Calling Card and Dial-through access numbers using Inland NTS, (0845) numbers will be charged at the rates shown in Table 2 (b)

** - Redial before 60 minutes to avoid being charged. Fair Usage Policy: Customers who exceed 1000 minutes or 150 calls in a month will be charged the standard BT rates (i.e those in Table 2 (b) below).

BT Text Prices

Customers with Unlimited Anytime Plan will be entitled to 200 free texts per calendar month.

* each text message is limited to 160 characters. Where a request is made to send a text which exceeds 160 characters the message will be delivered as multiple messages each up to 160 characters length. Each text will be charged at the rate appropriate to the destination telephone.

** Texts to premium rate services are not currently available.
