Notice of change to charges

All charges are as specified on the Order Form and are amended in accordance with the notices below.

Charges for the following products will change with effect from 1 September 2012:

Maintenance Pricing will increase by an average of 5.00% for the following products starting from November 2012 which reflect an increasing cost in maintaining equipment and in the cost of industry supply. The schedule of Specific rate increases and dates are listed below:

Maintenance prices for the following products contracted before 1st November 2012 will be increased by an average of 5.00% from that date:

Business Communications Manager (BCM) all models and software releases.

Maintenance Pricing will increase by 5.00% for the following products from September 1st 2012 which reflect an increase in costs in maintaining heritage equipment.
