This Section contains charges for calls through the 155 International Operator Service to overseas countries, Inmarsat services and Global Mobile Satellite systems. It does include calls to the Republic of Ireland from the UK, (except Northern Ireland). It does not include calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland, which are listed in Section 39
There is no charge for making a call to the 100 or 155 operator. Charges only apply when the services described in this Section are requested.
Customers who connect to Directory Enquiries (DQ) via the 155 International Operator will be charged as though they had made the call direct to DQ.
Operator-connected calls generally have two parts: an Operator Service Charge, which is a fixed amount for each call, and a Call Charge based on the type of call, when it is made and how long it lasts.
This part describes the Call Charges. The Operator Service Charges are covered in the other parts of this Section.
