| Pricing Information | | Reduction in Connection Charges for Late Provision | | If the CDD for Short Haul Data Services has not been met and this Scheme applies, the Connection Charge for that particular circuit will be reduced in accordance with the following: |
|
| Conditions | | - i.In respect of any circuit, the expression `working day' means 0800hrs to 1700hrs, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays (as apply locally).
- ii.The Contractual Delivery Date for installations requiring major construction work will be subject to negotiation with the customer who will agree a pertinent Customer Required by Date (CRD) for each of the circuits involved. Each circuit, which is provided as part of the Scheme multiple order, will have an individual Contractual Delivery Date. Each order will become eligible under the Scheme for reduction of connection charges should delivery take place later than the Contractual Delivery Date. For the purposes of the Scheme, a Service Level Guarantee multiple order is defined as an order for a total of five or more circuits.
- iii.The Scheme also excludes any failure by BT to meet the CDD which may arise as a consequence of breach of contract by the customer, or in respect of the paragraph entitled `Matters beyond BT's reasonable control' contained in BT's Conditions for Private Services.
- iv.The Scheme does not apply to inland tails of Offshore and International circuits and circuits to Kingston upon Hull.
- v.Any reductions due as a result of the Scheme will only apply to the circuit connection charge and not to any associated equipment or maintenance charges.
- vi.The Scheme applies only to new provisions. Shifts and regrades are not included in the Scheme.
