Definitions

Definitions are detailed in the standard terms and conditions for BT Business One Plan which can be found at : http://www2.bt.com/static/i/btretail/panretail/terms/index.htm.

In addition:

"Access Lines" means access lines of the types listed under Qualifying Access Services in BT Business One Plan.

"Closed User Group" means the list of eligible lines which the customer specifies in the inventory and which are entitled to intra-business zero rated calls.

"Hosted Voice" means Featureline Corporate for the purposes of BT Business Hosted Voice Plus.

"Standard One Plan Plus" means BT Business One Plan Plus where the BT Business Hosted Voice Plus option does not apply.

Description

BT Business One Plan Plus is a BT Business One Plan variant offering customers intra-business* (Note 1) zero-rated calls (of up to one hour's duration) made to and from the customers' BT Access Qualifying Services, BT Mobile Qualifying Services and BT Business Broadband Voice service which must be specified in the Closed User Group within the BT Business One Plan Plus inventory.

The product is available to all customers who:

a) have 100 or less BT Access Lines (for customers who have more than 100 BT Access Lines please see BT Hosted Voice Plus below);

b) sign a contract for BT Business One Plan Plus with a Commitment Period of 24 months;

c) agree to a Committed Spend of at least £500(exclusive of VAT) per annum.

A 5%Reward may apply - (subject to terms and conditions applied as below).

BT Business One Plan Plus is for the Customer's own use and must not be resold or otherwise transferred.

Termination of a Qualifying Service

Where the ending or modification of a Standard Contract causes a Qualifying Service to be withdrawn from the Inventory and as a result:

a) there is no longer an Access Qualifying Service in the Inventory, the BT Business One Plan Plus contract will end immediately and BT will apply the reconciliation charges set out below; or

b) the customer retains an Access Qualifying Service but the number of Qualifying Services is reduced, the BT Business One Plan Plus contract will continue until the next Spend Measurement Date. If on the next Spend Measurement Date the Total Contributory Spend is less than the Adjusted Nominal Committed Spend, BT will apply the reconciliation charges set out below as appropriate and may also end the BT Business One Plan Plus contract.

BENEFITS OF BT BUSINESS ONE PLAN PLUS

Zero-rated (for up to one hour) intra-business calls between the customer's BT Access Qualifying Services, BT Mobile Qualifying Services and BT Business Broadband Voice service.

Conditions

This numbering relates to the numbering in the Conditions section of the BT Business One Plan Price List Entry.

1) BT Business One Plan Plus is provided under the Contract for BT Business One Plan, the Service Schedule, and the BT Business One Plan Price List entry as amended by this Price List entry.

4) Fair Usage

The Fair Usage rules applicable to BT Business One Plan Plus are as follows:

a) Customers are entitled to an average of four hours calling per day of Capped Calls (for each call type for which there is a Capped Call price) from any one line to any one number throughout each calendar month. Usage beyond this level will be subsequently charged at BT Business One Plan pence per minute prices as set out in Tables A, B and F in the BT Business One Plan price list entry, unless, in addition, the average number of calls per day per calendar month to the relevant number is 16 or greater. The average of four hours per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total duration of Capped Calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month. The average number of calls to any one number per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total number of Capped Calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month.

b) Customers are entitled to an average of four hours calling per day of intra business zero-rated calls from any one line to any one number in the customer's inventory through each calendar month. Usage beyond this level will be subsequently charged at BT Business One Plan pence per minute prices as set out in Tables A, and F of the BT Business One Plan rates., The average of four hours per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total duration of zero-rated calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month. The average number of calls to any one number per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total number of zero-rated calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month.

c) Customers cannot have more than 100 Access Lines (or channels) within their BT Business One Plan Plus inventory.

d) The total of the customer's intra-business zero-rated calls must not exceed 75%of the customer's total BT Business One Plan Plus minutes.

5) Breach of Fair Usage

If the customer breaches 4c) and/or 4d) above the following may apply:

a) BT will terminate the BT Business One Plan Plus contract; and

b) The Customer will automatically commence a BT Business One Plan contract to which a new 24 month Commitment Period will apply; and

c) The Committed Spend applicable to the BT Business One Plan Plus contract will continue to apply to the BT Business One Plan contract.

d) Terms and conditions and charges for BT Business One Plan will apply* (including reconciliation charges)

e) Reconciliation charges may apply to the terminated BT Business One Plan Plus contract

f) Customers may not migrate back to BT Business One Plan Plus until the Commitment Period applicable to the new BT Business One Plan contract has expired

6) BT Business One Plan Plus is for a customer's own use and it must not be resold or otherwise transferred.

Exclusions

As per BT Business One Plan with the following addition:

Customers with Featurenet, Embark or Hosted IP Telephony (Nortel) and Hosted IP Telephony (Cisco) are not eligible for and cannot also take BT Business One Plan Plus.

* - Where a BT Mobile is charged at rates other than FM8 (which may be the case if the number has been ported from another network) there are no call charges for intra-business calls for the first hour. Duration after the hour is charged at the ppm rates shown for BT Business One Plan Section 56part 20Sub Part 1. The rate charged is dependent on the commitment level for the capped option and the time of day for the uncapped option.

The following call types will be zero-rated under BT Business One Plan Plus where these are to and from numbers within the Closed User group (CUG):

Calls to 01 and 02 inland destinations.

Calls to 05 numbers charged at G21 rates.

Calls to BT Mobile 07 numbers charged at fm1-fm13 rates.

Calls from BT mobiles except if International roaming calls.

The following call types will not be zero rated under BT Business One Plan Plus:

Calls to 03 number ranges.

Calls to 05 numbers charged at G6 rates.

Calls to 07 numbers charged at fw rates.

Calls to or from BT Mobiles on Service Provider tariffs on the "O2" network.

Calls made using BT Openzone hotspots.

Data calls made to 3G mobile destinations.

Note:

1) Roamed received charges will not be zero-rated on calls to International roaming mobiles.

2) Mobile Contracts with non-standard tariffs cannot be included in the BT Business One Plan Plus intra-business closed user group and calls to and from these mobiles will be at the appropriate rates.

3) For intra-business calls made from BT Business BroadBand Voice lines the charges after the first hour will be at the published BT Broadband Voice pence per minute rates shown at Section 56 Part 18.

BT Business Hosted Voice Plus

Description

BT Business Hosted Voice Plus is a variant of BT Business One Plan Plus which provides the benefits of BT Business One Plan Plus to customers who have more than 100 Access Lines.

Eligibility and Qualifying Services

In order to be eligible for BT Hosted Voice Plus, the customer must:

Meet the qualification criteria for BT Business One Plan Plus (other than the requirement to have 100 or less BT Access Lines) and:

a) have more than 100 BT Access Lines at least 40% of which must be Featureline Corporate lines;

b) commit to a new contract for BT Business One Plan Plus with a Commitment Period of 24 months. BT Business Hosted Voice Plus is subject to this Commitment Period;

c) agree to a Committed Spend of at least £500(exclusive of VAT) per annum;

d) have a Mobile Qualifying Service.

Eligible & Contributory Spend is as per BT Business One Plan with the following addition to Section 2):

Conditions

BT Business Hosted Voice Plus is provided on BT's terms and conditions for BT Business One Plan.

The following additional conditions apply to BT Business Hosted Voice Plus:

1. Access Lines

Where the number of Access Lines falls below 101, the customer will no longer be eligible for BT Business Hosted Voice Plus but will be eligible for Standard One Plan Plus. The customer may:

(a) choose to move to Standard One Plan Plus in accordance with the migration rules published under BT Business One Plan in which case a new Commitment Period will apply; or

(b) choose not to move to Standard One Plan Plus in which case the BT Business One Plan Plus contract (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and reconciliation charges will be applied in accordance with the rules set out in BT Business One Plan.

Where the customer terminates all Access Qualifying Services the customer's contract for BT Business One Plan Plus (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and the published reconciliation rules will apply. The Customer will not qualify for BT Business One Plan, BT Business One Plan Plus or BT Business One Plan Traditional.

2. Featureline Corporate

Where the customer has existing Featureline Corporate lines and wishes those lines to be included within BT Business Hosted Voice Plus, and:

(a) there is more than 12 months remaining on the Minimum Period for the applicable lines, those lines can be included and the customer does not have to re-sign the contract for those lines in order for them to be included in BT Business Hosted Voice Plus; or

(b) there is less than 12 months remaining on the Minimum Period for the applicable lines, those lines can be included within BT Business Hosted Voice Plus provided that the customer re-signs the Featureline Corporate contract for those lines.

Where the percentage of Featureline Corporate lines falls below 40%, and:

(a) the customer retains more than 100 Access Lines, the customer will no longer be eligible for the BT Business Hosted Voice Plus variant and will not be eligible for Standard BT Business One Plan Plus. The customer's contract for BT Business One Plan Plus (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and reconciliation charges will be applied in accordance with the rules set out in BT Business One Plan.

(b)The customer retains less than 101 Access Lines, the customer will no longer be eligible for the BT Business Hosted Voice Plus variant but will be eligible for Standard One Plan Plus. The customer may:

(i) choose to move to Standard One Plan Plus in accordance with the migration rules published under BT Business One Plan in which case a new Commitment Period will apply; or

(ii) choose not to move to Standard One Plan Plus in which case the BT Business One Plan Plus contract (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and reconciliation charges will be applied in accordance with the rules set out in BT Business One Plan.

3. BT Business One Plan and/or BT Business One Plan Plus

In order to qualify for BT Business Hosted Voice Plus the customer must sign a BT Business One Plan Plus contract with a Commitment Period of 24 months. Where the customer has an existing BT Business One Plan or BT Business One Plan Plus contract the customer must sign a new BT Business One Plan Plus contract with a Commitment Period of 24 months. The migration rules set out in BT Business Plan will apply.

4. Mobile Qualifying Service

In order to qualify for and remain on BT Business Hosted Voice Plus the customer must have and retain a Mobile Qualifying Service.

Where the customer terminates the Mobile Qualifying Service and as a result has no Mobile Qualifying Service the customer is no longer eligible for BT Business Hosted Voice Plus and the following rules will apply:

(a) the customer has more than 100 Access Lines, the customer will no longer be eligible for the BT Business Hosted Voice Plus variant and will not be eligible for Standard BT Business One Plan Plus. The customer's contract for BT Business One Plan Plus (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and reconciliation charges will be applied in accordance with the rules set out in BT Business One Plan.

(b) The customer has at the same time as the termination of the Mobile Qualifying Service reduced his Access Lines to less than 101 Access Lines, the customer will no longer be eligible for the BT Business Hosted Voice Plus variant but will be eligible for Standard One Plan Plus. The customer may:

(i) choose to move to Standard One Plan Plus in accordance with the migration rules published under BT Business One Plan in which case a new Commitment Period will apply; or

(ii) choose not to move to Standard One Plan Plus in which case the BT Business One Plan Plus contract (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and reconciliation charges will be applied in accordance with the rules set out in BT Business One Plan.

5. Commitment Period

The BT Business One Plan Plus rules about roll over of the Commitment Period will apply to BT Business Hosted Voice Plus.

6. Fair Usage

1. BT Business Hosted Voice Plus is subject to the following fair use rules:

a) Customers are entitled to an average of four hours calling per day of Capped Calls (for each call type for which there is a Capped Call price) from any one line to any one number throughout each calendar month. Usage beyond this level will be subsequently charged at BT Business One Plan pence per minute prices as set out in Tables A, B and F in the BT Business One Plan price list entry, unless, in addition, the average number of calls per day per calendar month to the relevant number is 16 or greater. The average of four hours per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total duration of Capped Calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month. Usage beyond this level will be subsequently charged at BT Business One Plan pence per minute prices as set out in Tables A and F of the BT Business One Plan rates., The average of four hours per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total duration of zero-rated calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month. The average number of calls to any one number per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total number of zero-rated calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month.

c) The total of the customer's intra-business zero-rated calls must not exceed 75% of the customer's total BT Business One Plan Plus (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) minutes.

2. Breach of the Fair Use Rules

If the customer breaches sub paragraph (c) above, BT may terminate the BT Business One Plan Plus contract, including the BT Business Hosted Voice, in which case:

a) The Customer will automatically commence a BT Business One Plan contract to which a new 24 month Commitment Period will apply; and

(b) the Committed Spend applicable to the BT Business One Plan Plus (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) contract will apply to the BT Business One Plan contract; and

(c) the terms and conditions and charges for BT Business One Plan will apply* (including the reconciliation rules and charges); and

(d) reconciliation charges may apply to the terminated BT Business One Plan Plus contract; and

(e) Customers may not migrate back to BT Business One Plan Plus (or the BT Business One Plan Plus including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) until the Commitment Period applicable to the new BT Business One Plan contract has expired.
