There is no new supply of ISDN2e within BT Working Together. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The BT Working Together pence per minute (ppm) rates will be subject to further discount by the Friends & Family Gold calling circle. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Calls to local Number Translation Service (NTS) numbers will be charged at the Local Day/Evening/Weekend rates as shown in the `Geographic Inland Direct Dialled PPM Prices' table. Local NTS numbers are those shown in Section 2 Part 13 of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of `3'. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
IDD Circuit Switched 64k Data Calls will be charged at the standard rate. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Prices for International Direct Dialled (IDD) Calls to Mobile Telephones | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
IDD calls to some mobile telephones and other special and higher rate services registered in foreign countries will be charged at 21.27p (exc VAT)/ 24.46p(inc VAT) per minute more than the equivalent IDD call to a fixed telephone in that country. BT Working Together customers will be provided with three inclusive features per account which can be selected from the lists below. PSTN customers may select their features from the Analogue list only. Where customers have existing BT Calling Features, they can choose to have the BT Working Together inclusive BT Calling Feature(s) provided as an additional BT Calling Feature(s) or replace their existing BT Calling Feature(s) with their BT Working Together inclusive BT Calling Feature(s). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
BT Calling Features which have been provided on non-BT Working Together accounts on the same site will be provided at standard BT Calling Features Pack prices. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The provision of BT Calling Features will not be mandatory within the BT Working Together package, and customers can if they wish opt not to take the full allocation of inclusive BT Calling Features provided within the BT Working Together package. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Customers with multi-line accounts may choose which lines they wish to have the BT Calling Features provided on and may choose the same BT Calling Features on different lines e.g. customers with three lines on the same account who take BT Working Together could opt to have Caller Display provided on each line. Please note that the Caller Display Calling Feature is subject to availability. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Call Minder (standard) can only be provided free of charge within the BT Working Together package once (i.e. on a single line). Customers who require Call Minder (standard or variants) on each additional line will be required to pay the full retail rental price. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Where Call Minder is not provided as an inclusive (i.e. it's a “paid for" service) it will be charged at the full retail rental price. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
