1. Terms and conditions apply - the Service is provided uponsubject theto Conditionsstandard forterms BTwhich Businessare Service,available theat Service Schedule for BT Business Broadband Portfolio Services (Service Schedule for BT Business Access Service for products in Table C - Pricing Information), the Charges Schedule and this BT Price List entry. Terms and conditions can be seen at www.bt.com/terms under "Broadband and Internet Services".

2. Minimum Period and Early Termination Charges - A Minimum Period applies to the Service or part of the Service. If the Service or part of the Service is terminated before the Minimum Period has ended, early termination charges will apply as set out in Sub-Part 3.

3. Move to New Premises/External Shifts

Customers may move their BT Business Broadband by calling the Business Movers desk however a contract with a new 12/24 month Minimum Period will start.

4. Internal Shifts

An internal shift is where the main socket is moved to another location within the same Premises. Charges apply to shifts during the Normal Working Hours. See Section 15 Part 7 .
