1)Standard BT's Termsterms & Conditionsconditions for BTBusiness BusinessService, ConditionsServices, foras FeatureNetappropriate Service and Termsterms and Conditionsconditions for BT Business Broadband Voice as appropriate will continue to apply to the Customer and its Subsidiaries and holding company, as amended by the Standardterms Conditionsand conditionsfor for BT Premier Value.

2)Customers must apply to join BT Premier Value. BT will apply the BT Premier Value Prices, as soon as practicable, to the Customer's nominated PSTN and ISDN services, Featurenet services if requested, and to all other products covered by BT Premier Value by no later than the Operational Service Date. For the avoidance of doubt in the case of FeatureNet services, it is only possible to apply BT Premier Value Prices at the start of the Customer's next billing quarter date. If the Customer requests BT Premier Value, including FeatureNet, immediately following a FeatureNet billing quarter date, the application of BT Premier Value Prices to FeatureNet will not occur until the next billing quarter date which may be up to a maximum of three months in the future. In the meantime however, BT Premier Value Prices will be applied to the Customer's PSTN and ISDN services, and BT will not commence measuring Total Contributory Call Spend until BT Premier Value Prices have been applied to the FeatureNet services.

3)Customers applying for BT Premier Value must provide the eligible Inventory including details of any of its Subsidiaries to be included in the package, and inform BT of any changes throughout the duration of the Contract.
