Subpart 5:Calls Charged By Fixed Fee and Timed Duration

These prices apply for direct dialled calls from Business standard telephone lines (but not from Payphone lines) when no discount schemes are applicable. Public Payphone calls are excluded. The call price is the total of the Fixed Fee and Timed Duration charges. Prices specific to Residential packages appear in Section , except in the following circumstances where prices in this Section apply.

  • ? Residential lines ? both within and outside of a Residential Customer Option
  • ? Standard Business telephone lines

Calls from all Payphones are excluded.

The call charge is the total of the Fixed Fee and Timed Duration charges.

For calls described below, the following daytime, evening & night -time and weekend definitions apply.

Residential packages

  • eveningsEvenings & night-time - Mon-Fri before 7am & after 7pm.
  • weekendWeekend - All Day Sat & Sun.

Business lines and Private Payphone Lines
