All charges are stated exclusive of Value Added Tax or any other applicable in country sales, use tax or like charge in a country where the Service is provided, which is payable by the Customer which will be added to BT's invoices as appropriate.

International and Roaming charges will be invoiced in arrears.

*Customers will be charged according to the date the charge was incurred and not the date billed.

International Roaming

BT Business Mobile Extras

Customers can reduce the roaming charges by taking a BT Business Mobile Extra. Information about these can be found in Part 4 of Section 10b of the BT Price List.

Note 1 - Voice

For voice calls when Roaming in the EU, the following applies: Calls made will be subject to a minimum call duration of 30 seconds after which per second billing will apply. Calls received whilst in the EU are not subject to a minimum call duration and are charged on a per second basis.

Note 2 - Data

The charges apply to all Roaming data sent and received via the Service. The charges are dependent upon the rates applicable at the time the data was sent or received. The rate for rest of the world is £4 per MB.

Charges are incurred for data received and sent per SIM Card. Each MB of usage is charged on a pro rata basis in units of 1KB.
