Note 1 ? Unlimited BT Wi-fi Unlimited BT Wi-fi is for use from the device equipped with a BT One Phone SIM Card at BT Wi-fi Site in the UK. In order to benefit from Unlimited BT Wi-fi the Customer must download the BT Wi-fi app. For supported handsets, BT-Wi-fi will automatically be provisioned on installing the BT Wi-fi app, after the BT One Phone SIM Card first registers on the BT Mobile Network. The Software is subject to terms and conditions which the customer must accept in order to download the Software. This is currently available for Devices and Customer Handsets which utilise the Android, iOS and Windows operating system. Information about which Devices and Customer Handsets are supported by the BT Wi-fi App can be found at: http://www.bt.com/btonephone (or any other url that BT makes available to the Customer). Where Roaming using BT Wi-fi partner networks within the UK or abroad is required a BT Openzone International Voucher must be purchased at http://btwifi.com/buy. 1. Subscription Extras ? General (a) Subscription Extras are available as set out in Table 4. (b) Subscription Extras can be applied per Subscription and do not have to be applied to all Subscriptions. They can be added at any time using the applicable contract amendment process. (c) The following termination rules apply to Subscription Extras: Where the Subscription Extra is terminated BT will apply the early termination charges or charges due upon termination set out in Table 5. These will apply in addition to any other early termination charges set out in Tables 2 to 9. (d) Monthly Charges and allowances will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month. Daily charges will apply in full regardless of when during the day they are added. (e) Only one Subscription Extra of any Subscription Extra Category can be applied to a Subscription; (f) The inclusive allowances apply to the Subscription to which the Subscription Extra is applied and cannot be shared across Subscriptions. (c) The following are excluded from the inclusive text allowance in Table 5 and will be charged for in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 11. Picture messaging (MMS);

Usage in excess of these inclusive data allowances will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 11. 4. Roaming Extras - General (a) The following applies to:

(b) Where a Subscription is Roaming in the EU Zone or the Rest of World Zone 1, the Customer may request at any time the addition of one of the EU Roaming Extras or Rest of the World Roaming Extras listed in paragraph 4 (a). (c) The Roaming Extras can be applied to a Subscription as follows:
- (i) Only one of the Daily EU Roaming Extra Subscription Extras on a Subscription; and
- (ii) Only one of the EU Bundle Extra or EU Voice Roaming Extra on a subscription; and
- (iii) Only one of the Rest of World Roaming Extra Subscription Extras on a Subscription.
(d) The Daily Roaming Extras are: - (i) charged on a daily basis for the whole or part of the day; and
- (ii) the inclusive allowance applies on a daily basis (up to 11:59pm UK local time (GMT/BST).

(e) Text Messages received will not decrement the inclusive allowance and are not chargeable. (f) Usage in excess of the inclusive allowances and the inclusive allowance applicable to the UK Data Extra or Company Shared Data Extra will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 11. (g) The Roaming Data Extras listed in paragraph 4 (a) cannot be applied to a Subscription to which the following Subscription Extras have been applied:

- (ii) ByThe applying an EU Data Extra tois onlya Subscription,charged on the Customer agrees and accepts that the International Roaming Usage Limits applied under EU Regulation will not apply to data sent anda receiveddaily basisin ifthe thereEU isZone dataon usagethe Subscriptionin tothe which EU DataZone Extra has been applied. The International Roaming Usage Limits will continueon to apply to data sent and received in the Rest of World Roaming provided that Rest of World Roaming Extra has not been applied to the Subscription. (iii) The EU Data Extra is only charged on a daily basis if there is data usage in the EU Zone on a particular day.

(j) The following applies to Daily EU Bundle Extra: - (i) The Daily EU Bundle Extra allows the Customer to use the inclusive allowances applicable to the Company Shared Data Extra (as detailed in Table 7) when Roaming in the EU Zone. The allowances apply as follows:
- Data sent or received in the EU Zone.
- (ii) Calls received when Roaming in the EU Zone will not decrement the inclusive allowance and are not chargeable.
- (iii) The Daily EU Bundle Extra is not available on Subscriptions with Unlimited Calls and Texts or Data Only SIM.
- (iv) ByThe applying EU Bundle Extra tois onlya Subscription,charged on the Customer agrees and accepts that the International Roaming Usage Limits applied under EU Regulation will not apply to data sent anda receiveddaily basisin ifthe EUthere Zoneis onoutgoing/incoming call,the Subscriptionoutgoing totext whichor dataEU Bundleusage Extrain hasthe beenEU appliedZone. (iv) The EU Bundle Extra is only charged on a daily basis if there is outgoing/incoming call, outgoing text or data usage in the EU Zone on a particular day.

(k) The following applies to the Rest of World Roaming Extras: - (i) Daily 50MB Rest of World Zone 1 Data Extra - the inclusive allowance applies to data sent or received in the Rest of the World Zone 1.

(iii) The Rest of World Zone 1 Data Extra is only charged on a daily basis if there is data usage in the Rest of World Zone 1 on a particular day

(l) The following applies to the EU Voice Roaming Extras: - (i) The Additional Monthly Charge applicable to EU Voice Extra is an additional charge and applies per Subscription in addition to the Monthly Charge applicable to the Subscription to which EU Voice Extra is added. The Discounted Minutes Allowance of 1000 minutes applies. The Discounted Minutes Allowance and the Additional Monthly Charge apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.
- (ii) Europe Voice Extra does not have to be applied to all Subscriptions.
- (iii) Any Discounted Minutes Allowance applicable to Europe Voice Extra which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of Europe Voice Extra, the Subscription, the Service or the Contract.
- (iv) The Discounted Minutes Allowance can be used as follows, any:
- incoming voice calls to a BT One Phone SIM Card when roaming in Europe - to which a charge will not apply; and
- calls from a BT One Phone SIM Card within Europe and back to the UK - to which a 50% discount will apply from the call pricing detailed in Table 11 or as amended via the Order Form, On Boarding Contract Amendment or any other agreed contract amendment document.
- (v) These calls will not decrement any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to BT One Phone Connect
- (vi) The Europe Voice Extra Discounted Minutes Allowance is in addition to any other minutes allowance within the Monthly Charge applicable to the Connection. The Discounted Minutes Allowance applicable to Europe Voice Extra will be decremented before the Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to BT One Phone Connect. Where all Discounted Minutes Allowance and Inclusive Minutes Allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Table 11.
- (vii) Where the Europe Voice Extra is removed, voice usage will be charged in accordance with Table 11 or as amended via the Order Form On Boarding Contract Amendment or any other agreed contract amendment document.

(m) The following apply to Europe Voice Extra - 12 Month: - (i) The Minimum Term applicable to the Europe Voice Extra - 12 Month is 12 months.
- (ii) Once Europe Voice Extra - 12 Month is added to a Subscription any removal of Europe Voice Extra - 12 Month from that Subscription during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Charge applicable to Europe Voice Extra - 12 Month due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where a Subscription is terminated within its Minimum Term the Additional Monthly Charge applicable to Europe Voice Extra - 12 Month will be included in any calculation of early termination charges.
(n) The following apply to Europe Voice Extra - Monthly: A Minimum Term is not applicable to Europe Voice Extra - Monthly but the Customer is required to give 30 days' notice to end Europe Voice Extra - Monthly. |
5. BlackBerry Roaming Extras |
(a) The following applies to:

(b) The BlackBerry Roaming Extras can be used on Subscriptions to which the following Subscription Extras have been added:

(c) The BlackBerry Roaming Extras cannot be added to a Subscription to which one of the Roaming Data Extras has been added. (d) Monthly Charges apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month. Daily charges will apply in full regardless of when during the day they are added. (e) Where the Subscription is Roaming in the EU (excluding the UK) or the Rest of the World, BT will apply the Blackberry Daily Data International Roaming to the Subscription unless the Customer has requested that the BlackBerry Monthly Data International Roaming is added to the Subscription. The BlackBerry Monthly Data International Roaming can be added to a Subscription or removed from a Subscription at any time. (f) The following is applicable to the Blackberry Daily Data International Roaming. It applies: - (i) and is charged on a daily basis (up to 11:59pm UK local time (GMT/BST);
- (ii) to data sent from by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU (excluding the UK) or Rest of the World via the BlackBerry browser; and
- (iii) to data received by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU (excluding the UK) via the BlackBerry browser.
Data sent and received other than via the BlackBerry browser will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 11. |
(g) The following is applicable to the BlackBerry Monthly Data International Roaming. It applies: - (i) and is charged on a monthly basis and the charge will apply pro-rata in the first month;
- (ii) to data sent from by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU (excluding the UK) or Rest of the World via the BlackBerry browser;
- (iii) to data received by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU (excluding the UK) via the BlackBerry.
Data sent and received other than via the BlackBerry browser will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 11. |
6. BlackBerry Services |
(a) Further details of these Services can be found in the Annex for BlackBerry. The following paragraphs apply to

(h) The following are excluded from the inclusive data allowance and will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 11. International roaming data ? when the BT One Phone SIM Card sending or receiving the data is outside of the United Kingdom. |

7. BlackBerry Services ? excluding BESx and BES |
(a) The charges applicable to the BlackBerry Services set out below are as detailed in Table 5. The following paragraphs apply to the BlackBerry Services set out below:

8. Call Recording Extra |
(a) Call Recording Extra provides a facility for the recording of calls and is applied at Subscription level. It provides the recording facility for a month. Where the Customer?s Contract includes Call Recording Extra the terms and conditions in the Annex for BT One Phone Call Recording Extra apply. (b) Recorded calls will be stored for 31 days from the date of recording. Recordings will be deleted once the 31 day period expires. (c) Call Recording Extra can be added at any time and where added part way through a month, BT will provide the facility for the remainder of that month and the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis. (d) Where the Customer terminates Call Recording Extra, any recorded calls will be deleted at the end of the month following termination unless they have previously been deleted due to the expiry of the 31 days. (e) Termination of Call Recording Extra will automatically terminate Call Recording Storage Extra. |
9. Call Recording Storage Extra |
(a) In order to take Call Recording Storage Extra the Customer must have Call Recording Extra on the Subscription. Where the Customer?s Contract includes Call Recording Storage Extra the terms and conditions in the Annex for BT One Phone Call Recording Extra apply. (b) Call Recording Storage Extra provides a facility which allows a Customer to store recordings of calls beyond the 31 days applicable to Call Recording Extra. The Customer purchases additional years of storage and the charge is per month per additional year per Subscription. (c) Call Recording Storage Extra can be added at any time. (d) The number of years covered by the Call Recording Storage Extra can be increased at any time and charges for the additional storage period will be applied. (e) Where the Customer requests a reduction to the number of years storage, the monthly charge will reduce to reflect the reduced number of years. (f) Where the Customer terminates or reduces the number of years storage of Call Recording Storage Extra, all recorded calls will continue to be kept for the agreed storage period of the Call Recording Storage Extra applicable to that call. (g) Where the Customer terminates the BT One Phone Service all recorded calls will be deleted. |
Company Extras |

1. Company Extras ? General |

2. Closed User Group Extra (a) The Additional Monthly Charge applicable to Closed User Group Extra is an additional charge and applies per Subscription in addition to the Monthly Charge applicable to the Subscription to which UK Closed User Group Extra is added.

(b) UK Closed User Group Extra must be applied to all Subscriptions. |
(c) The Minimum Term applicable to the Subscription to which the UK Closed User Group Extra is applied will apply to UK Closed User Group Extra. |
(d) Once UK Closed User Group Extra is added to a Subscription any removal of UK Closed User Group Extra from that Subscription during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Charge applicable to UK Closed User Group Extra due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where a Subscription is terminated within the Minimum Term the Additional Monthly Charge applicable to UK Closed User Group Extra will be included in any calculation of early termination charges. |
(e) The Closed User Group Extra can be used as follows: - (i) Voice calls made within the UK from a BT One Phone SIM Card to Customer nominated UK fixed line numbers commencing with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) provided under a contract between BT and the Customer and any other BT One Phone SIM Card for which has UK Closed User Group Extra applied.
- (ii) The Customer is responsible for nominating the UK fixed line numbers, these numbers can be updated during the Minimum Term.
- (iii) An additional charge does not apply to these calls and they will not decrement any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to BT One Phone Connect.

(f) The UK Closed User Group Extra Inclusive Minutes Allowance is in addition to any other minutes allowance within the Monthly Charge applicable to the Subscription. Where a Subscription has UK Closed User Group Extra applied to it, the Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to UK Closed User Group Extra will be decremented before the inclusive minutes allowance BT One Phone Connect. Where all inclusive minutes allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Table 11. |
(g) Where UK Closed User Group Extra is removed, calls will be charged in accordance Table 11 or as amended via the Order Form, On Boarding Contract Amendment or any other agreed contract amendment document.. |
3. Hunt Group Extra Extra (a) Where the Customer requires Hunt Groups, the Customer may add Hunt Group Extra to their Contract. (b) The charge detailed in Table 7 applies per additional Hunt Group per month and where Hunt Group Extra is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis. |
4. Private Data Extra |
(a) The Private Data Extra Company Extra provides the Customer with a Private APN with;
- (i) an Indirect Data Link
- (ii) a Fixed Data Link

(b) Private Data Extra is subject to the Minimum Period set out in the Order Form. (c) Where Private Data Extra is included in the Contract, the terms and conditions set out in the Annex for Private Voice and Data Extras will apply in addition to the other terms and conditions set out under ?Conditions? above. |
(d) The following charges apply in addition to those applicable to the Subscription, Subscription Options, Subscription Extras and other Company Extras:

(f) The consequences of terminating Private Data Extra are detailed in the Annex for Private Voice Extra and Private Data Extra. |
5. Private Voice Extra (a) Private Voice Extra provides the following options: - (i) Private Voice with Indirect Link ? which requires an Indirect Link; and/or
- (ii) Private Voice with Fixed Link ? which requires a Direct Link

(e) The following early termination charges apply where the Private Voice Extra is terminated within the Minimum Period .

6. Hardware Extra (a) The Hardware Extra Option is an additional Monthly Charge that subsequently can be used towards the charge for a new Device provided under the Contract. The additional charge cannot be used to buy other products or services. (b) Hardware Extra is subject to the Minimum Term applicable to the Subscription to which it is applied. (c) The additional Monthly Charge is detailed in the Order Form, the On Boarding Contract Amendment or any other contract amendment documentation.
(d) BT will not refund any element of Hardware Extra Additional Monthly Charge. Where Hardware Extra is terminated or the Contract is terminated BT will not refund any element of the Hardware Extra Additional Monthly Charge not used to obtain a Device. |
7. BT Signal Assist (a) The monthly charge for BT Signal Assist is applied on a per item of BT Signal Assist Equipment basis, for example per Femto Cell, to which the BT Signal Assist service is provided.
( b) The recurring monthly charges for BT Signal Assist will apply as follows:
Where ordered during the billing period will be charged on a pro rata basis until the end of the first month in which the BT Signal Assist Equipment was provided.

(c) Any usage charges incurred by the Customer when using BT Signal Assist will be charged as follows:
- (i) for mobile usage - in accordance with the charges applicable to the Contract for BT One Phone;
- (ii) for broadband usage - in accordance with the Customer's Contract for broadband service

(d) The terms and conditions set out in the Annex for BT One Phone Coverage Solutions apply in addition to those set out in the Conditions, Service Schedule, Charges Schedule and the Annex for BlackBerry and the Annex for the BT One Phone Portal. (e) If the Customer terminates the Contract for BT One Phone Connect Service, BT Signal Assist will automatically be terminated and termination charges will be payable as applicable. (f) Where BT Signal Assist is included in the Contract, the terms and conditions set out in the Annex for set out in the Annex for BT One Phone Coverage Solutions will apply in addition to the other terms and conditions set out under ?Conditions? above. |
8. Company Site Set-Up (a) Company Site Set-up is available as set out in Table 6. It applies where the Customer pays the Company Site Setup Charge applicable to a Site (including Additional Sites) as a monthly charge which applies over the term of the Minimum Period. (b) It can be added to the Contract at any time per Site (including Additional Sites). The monthly charge applicable per Site (or Additional Site) is set out in the Order Form, the On Boarding Contract Amendment or any other contract amendment documentation agreed in accordance with Clause 12 of the Service Schedule. (c) Where Company Site Set-Up Extra is included in the Contract, the terms and conditions set out in the Annex for set out in the Annex for BT One Phone Coverage Solutions will apply in addition to the other terms and conditions set out under ?Conditions? above. |
9. Company Site Extra (a) Company Site Extra is available as set out in Table 6 and allows a Customer to pay the Company Site Setup Charge applicable to a Site (including Additional Sites) via a one-off charge on the first bill. (b) It can be added to the Contract at any time per Site (including Additional Sites). The one-off charge applicable per Site (or Additional Site) is set out in the Order Form, the On Boarding Contract Amendment or any other contract amendment documentation agreed in accordance with Clause 12 of the Service Schedule. (c) Where Company Site Extra is included in the Contract, the terms and conditions set out in the Annex for set out in the Annex for BT One Phone Coverage Solutions will apply in addition to the other terms and conditions set out under ?Conditions? above. |
10. Network Expansion Extra (a) Where the Customer requests additional coverage to that set out in the BT One Phone Coverage Plan, the request must be made via the applicable contract amendment process. BT will identify the additional charges and Network Expansion Extra allows the Customer to pay this as a one-off charge under Network Expansion Extra.
(b) Where Network Expansion Extra is included in the Contract, the terms and conditions set out in the Annex for set out in the Annex for BT One Phone Coverage Solutions will apply in addition to the other terms and conditions set out under ?Conditions? above.

11. Network Relocation Extra (a) Where the Customer requests the relocation of On Site Mobile Transmission Equipment the request must be made via the applicable contract amendment process. BT will identify the additional charges and Network Relocation Extra allows the Customer to pay this as a one-off charge under Network Relocation Extra.
(b) Where Network Relocation Extra is included in the Contract, the terms and conditions set out in the Annex for set out in the Annex for BT One Phone Coverage Solutions will apply in addition to the other terms and conditions set out under ?Conditions? above.

Table 8 - Company Shared Data Extra

7. Company Shared Data Extra (a) Company Shared Data Extra can be added at any time using the Order Form, On Boarding Contract Amendment or the applicable contract amendment process. Only one Company Shared Data Extra applies per Contract and the inclusive data allowance is shared across Subscriptions.
(b) The Monthly Charge and inclusive data allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.
(c) The inclusive data allowances detailed in Table 8 applies to data sent from and received by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the United Kingdom.
(d) Any unused inclusive allowance cannot be carried forward to the next month.

(e) The inclusive data allowance will be decremented in the following order:
UK Data Extra (where applicable);
Company Shared Data Extra (where applicable);
Usage in excess of these inclusive data allowances will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 11.
(f) The following are excluded from the inclusive data allowance and will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 11.
International roaming data ? when the BT One Phone SIM Card making or receiving the data is outside of the United Kingdom.

(g) The following migration rules apply:
- (i) The Customer can move to a Company Shared Data Extra with a higher inclusive data allowance at any time during the Contract and an early termination charge will not apply to the original Company Shared Data Extra.
- (ii) A Customer cannot move to a Company Shared Data Extra with a lower inclusive data allowance.

Table 9 - Company Shared Text Extra

8. Company Shared Text Extra (a) The Additional Monthly Charge applicable to the Company Shared Text Extras is an additional charge and applies in addition to the Monthly Charge for BT One Phone Connect. The Inclusive Text Allowance in Table 9 is shared across all Subscriptions. The Inclusive Text Allowance and the Additional Monthly Charge will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.
(b) The Minimum Period applicable to the Contract will apply to the Company Shared Text Extra.
(c) Once the Shared Text Extra is added to a Contract any removal of the Company Shared Text Extra from that Contract during the Minimum Period will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Charge applicable to the Company Shared Text Extra due to the end of the Minimum Period.
(d) Any Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to the Company Shared Text Extra which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of the Company Shared Text Extra, the Service or the Contract.

(e) The Inclusive Text Allowance can be used as follows:
Texts sent within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) from a BT One Phone SIM Card to other BT mobile users and other UK mobile users and excludes International Roaming and premium rate text.
(f) An additional charge does not apply to these texts and they will not decrement any Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to BT One Phone Connect.
(g) The Company Shared Text Extra Inclusive Text Allowance is in addition to any other text allowance within the Monthly Charge applicable to the Subscription. Where a Subscription has Company Shared Text Extra applied to it, the Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to Shared Text Extra will be decremented before the Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to BT One Phone Connect. Where all Inclusive Text Allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Table 11.
(h) Where the Company Shared Text Extra is removed, text usage will be charged in accordance with Table 11 or as amended via the Order Form. On Boarding Contract Amendment or any other agreed contract amendment document..
