| Note 1 - Unlimited BT Wi-fi Unlimited BT Wi-fi is for use from the device equipped with a BT One Phone SIM card at BT Wi-fi Site in the UK. In order to benefit from Unlimited BT Wi-fi the Customer must download the BT Wi-fi app. For supported handsets, BT-Wi-fi will automatically be provisioned on installing the BT Wi-fi app, after the BT One Phone SIM Card first registers on the Dedicated Mobile Network or BT Mobile Network. The Software is subject to terms and conditions which the customer must accept in order to download the Software. This is currently available for Devices and Customer Handsets which utilise the Android, iOS and Windows operating system. Information about which Devices and Customer Handsets are supported by the BT Wi-fi App can be found at: www.bt.com/btonephone(or any other url that BT makes available to the Customer). Where Roaming using BT Wi-fi partner networks within the UK or abroad is required a BT Openzone International Voucher must be purchased at www.btwifi.com/buy. The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions available at: http://btwifi.com/terms-and-conditions/conditions-for-wifi-service.jsp Note 2 - The Alert Client is Software that enables management of personal PBX settings and incoming call management, further details are set out in the Annex for the BT One Phone Portal. Note 3 - Manager/Secretary enables the setting up of an assistant group facility allowing the screening and pick up of calls that are being forwarded to an alternative number. Note 4 - BT One Phone Customers will be provided with 500 short code numbers for their BT One Phone SIM cards and which the customer can configure for external numbers. Note 5 - Fax to Email enables Customer the setting up of a fax to email facility which forwards a fax received to an email address. It is available per Subscription. Note 6 - Presence Based CLI allows the automation of the number that is presented to the called party to be based on-presence status and configured settings. It can apply per Subscription. Note 7 - Call Barring allows the Administrator to set rules for Subscriptions such as bars on International Calls or Premium Rate Calls. Note 8 - Blacklist/Whitelist allows the creation of a list of numbers that will not be received (blacklist numbers) and numbers that override certain call routing settings (whitelist numbers). It applies at Subscription level. Note 9 - Flexible incoming call routing provides the ability at Subscription level to manage how calls are routed and when, based on presence status and settings. these additional charges will be detailed in the On Boarding Contract Amendment in accordance with Clauses 12.1 and 12.2 of the Service Schedule; or (c) Where after the issuing of any On Boarding Contract Amendment, the Customer requests Additional Sites be added to the Contract in accordance with Clauses 12.4 to 12.8 of the Service Schedule and BT identifies that: - (i) BT considers it is necessary to provide the Service (wholly or partially) at the Additional Site using non-standard methods, equipment or services incurring greater expense than is normal ("Non Standard Site"); or
- (ii) the Service is provided at greater expense to BT than is normal as a result of a request from the Customer ("Non Standard Site"),
these additional charges will be agreed in accordance with Clauses 12.4 to 12.8 of the Service Schedule |

These Calls will decrement the Monthly Inclusive Minutes Allowance and will have a minimum 60 second duration after which they decrement in intervals of 1 second. (b) The inclusive Text allowance applies to Texts sent from a BT One Phone SIM Card in the United Kingdom to another UK SIM card. (c) The inclusive data allowance applies to data sent from and received by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the United Kingdom. 4. The following will not decrement the inclusive voice, Texts or data allowance stated in Table 3: (a) Calls between BT One Phone SIM Cards provided by BT under this Contract sent and received within the United Kingdom, to which a charge will not apply. (b) Calls to BT One Phone Voicemail to which a charge will not apply. (c) Calls to 0500 and 0800 numbers dialled using a BT One Phone SIM Card using the Dedicated Mobile Network, to which a charge will not apply. 5. The inclusive voice, Text and data allowances detailed in Table 3 are shared across all Subscriptions. 6. Any unused inclusive allowance cannot be carried forward to the next month. 7. Usage in excess of the inclusive voice, Text and data allowance will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out Table 12. 8. The following are excluded from the inclusive voice, Text and data allowances and will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 12. (a) Calls to Premium rate & Directory Enquiries numbers (07, 09 and 118), and Satellite services; (b) Picture messaging (MMS); (c) International roaming calls, Texts and data - when the BT One Phone SIM Card making or receiving the call or sending or receiving the Text or data is outside of the United Kingdom. (d) Texts to premium rate SMS numbers (numbers not starting with "0") (e) Calls to International Numbers 9. Subject to paragraph 10, if the: (a) Company Shared Bundle is terminated, or (b) The Service and/or Contract is terminated; BT will apply the early termination charge set out in in Table 3 which will apply in addition to any other early termination charges due in accordance with Tables 3 to 10. Termination of the Company Shared Bundle (where it applies to the Contract) will terminate the Contract and the Service. 10. The Customer may terminate the Company Shared Bundle and move all Subscriptions to the applicable Unlimited Subscription Options in which case BT will not apply an early termination charge for the Company Shared Bundle and the Contract will not end. The rules applicable to the migration of Subscriptions between Subscriptions Options detailed below will apply. |

| Terms and conditions applicable to Tables 4 and 5 1. Subscription Options are available as set out in Table 4. 2. A Customer may: (a) Combine Mobile Worker and Office Worker Subscription Options but cannot combine these with Mobile Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts or Office Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts Subscription Options; (b) Combine Mobile Worker and Data Only SIM Subscription Options but cannot combine these with Mobile Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts or Office Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts Subscription Options. (c) Combine Office Worker and Data Only SIM Subscription Options but cannot combine these with Mobile Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts or Office Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts Subscription Options. The Customer may change the Subscription Option applicable to a Subscription at any time as follows:
| 5. Subject to the Termination Allowance, if the: (a) Subscription to which the Subscription Option applies is terminated; or
(b) Company Shared Bundle (where this applies) is terminated; or (c) The Contract or Service is terminated, BT will apply the early termination charge set out in in Table 5 and which will apply in addition to any early termination charges due in accordance with Tables 2 to 10.
6. The following applies to Mobile Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts and to Office Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts (in addition to paragraphs 1 to 5 above): (a) The unlimited calls applicable to Mobile Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts and Office Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts apply to calls made from a BT One Phone SIM Card within the United Kingdom to: - (i) For BT One Phone Office - Calls to UK landlines and non-geographic numbers (01, 02, 03, 05 & 08 including Northern Ireland) excluding 0500 and 0800 calls made on the Dedicated Mobile Network. Calls to 0843, 0844, 0871, 0872 and 0873 are excluded.
- (ii) For BT One Phone Professional - Calls to UK landlines and non-geographic numbers (01, 02, 03, 05 & 08 including Northern Ireland). Calls to 0843, 0844, 0871, 0872 and 0873 are excluded.
- (iii) For BT One Phone Office and BT One Phone Professional - Calls to a BT SIM Card (other than a BT One Phone SIM Card) and to other UK mobile networks.
(b) The unlimited texts applicable to Mobile Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts and Office Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts applies to Texts sent from a BT One Phone SIM Card in the United Kingdom to another UK SIM card. (c) The following are excluded from the unlimited calls and texts applicable to Mobile Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts and Office Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts and will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 12. - (i) Calls to Premium rate & Directory Enquiries numbers (07, 09 and 118), and Satellite services;
- (ii) Picture messaging (MMS);
- (iii) International calls - when the BT One Phone SIM Card is in the United Kingdom and is calling a destination in Europe or the Rest of the World.
- (iv) International roaming calls, Texts and data - when the BT One Phone SIM Card making or receiving the call or sending or receiving the Text or data is outside of the United Kingdom.
(d) The following are not included in the unlimited calls allowance but a charge will not apply to them: - (i) Calls to BT One Phone Voicemail from a BT One Phone SIM Card within the UK dialling 8888.
7. The following applies to: Office Worker with Upfront Subscription Charge Mobile Worker with Upfront Subscription Charge Mobile Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts with Upfront Subscription Charge Office Worker - Unlimited Calls and Texts with Upfront Subscription Charge (a) The Customer will be billed on the first bill following the Service Start Date as follows: The monthly charge (in Table 5) multiplied by the number of Subscriptions set out in the Order Form or On Boarding Contract Amendment or any other agreed contract amendment multiplied by the number of months applicable to the Minimum Period. (b) No further monthly charges (as set out in Table 5) will apply to those Subscriptions included in the calculation in (a) above until the end of the Minimum Period. Upon expiry of the Minimum Period BT will charge the monthly charges in Table 5. (c) The Customer will remain liable for any monthly charges applicable to the Company Shared Bundle (where one applies to the Contract), Subscription Extras or Company Extras. 8. The following applies to Data Only SIM: Data Only SIM uses BT Mobile Data the terms and conditions of which are set out in the Service Schedule. |

(b) It can be added to the Contract at any time to a Subscription including those added via the applicable contract amendment process. | 3. (c) The Roaming Extras can be applied to a Subscription as follows: - (i) Only one of the EU Roaming Extra Subscription Extras on a Subscription; and
- (ii) Only one of the Rest of the World Roaming Extra Subscription Extras on a Subscription.
(d) The Roaming Extras are: - (i) charged on a daily basis for the whole or part of the day; and
- (ii) the inclusive allowance applies on a daily basis (up to 11:59pm UK local time (GMT/BST).
(e) Text Messages received will not decrement the inclusive allowance and are not chargeable. (f) Usage in excess of the inclusive allowances and the inclusive allowance applicable to the Company Shared Bundle will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 12. (g) The Roaming Data Extras listed in paragraph 5 (a) cannot be applied to a Subscription to which the following Subscription Extras have been applied: BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express (BESx); BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES). (h) The inclusive allowances in Table 7 will be decremented before decrementing the inclusive allowances applicable to the Company Shared Bundle and Company Shared Data Extra. (i) The following applies to the EU Data Extras: - (i) Daily 100MB EU Data Extra - the inclusive allowance applies to data sent or received in the EU Zone.
- (ii) By (ii) The applying an EU Data Extra tois onlya Subscription,charged on the Customer agrees and accepts that the International Roaming Usage Limits applied under EU Regulation will not apply to data sent anda receiveddaily basisin ifthe thereEU Zone on isthe Subscriptiondata tousage whichin theEU DataEU ExtraZone has been applied. The International Roaming Usage Limits will continueon to apply to data sent and received in the Rest of World Roaming provided that Rest Of World Roaming Extra has not been applied to the Subscription. (iii) The EU Data Extra is only charged on a daily basis if there is data usage in the EU Zone on a particular day.
(j) The following applies to Daily EU Bundle Extra: - (i) The following are excluded from the inclusive minutes allowance and inclusive text allowance applicable to the Company Shared Bundle
- Calls made from outside the EU Zone whilst roaming outside of the UK;
- Calls made from a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU Zone to a standard mobile or landline number from outside the UK or EU Zone;
- Calls to non-geographic numbers, premium rate numbers, Directory Enquiries and Satellite numbers; and
Picture messaging (MMS);
Which will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 12.
- (ii) The Daily EU Bundle Extra allows the Customer to use the inclusive allowances applicable to the Company Shared Bundle (as detailed in Table 3) when Roaming in the EU Zone. The allowances apply as follows:
- Calls made from a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU Zone to a standard mobile or geographic landline number from the UK or EU Zone;
- Texts sent from a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU Zone to a standard mobile or landline number from the UK or EU Zone; and
- Data sent or received in the EU Zone.
- (iii) Calls received when Roaming in the EU Zone will not decrement the inclusive allowance and are not chargeable.
- (iv) The Daily EU Bundle Extra is not available on Subscriptions with Unlimited Calls and Texts or Data Only SIM.
- (v) ByThe applying EU Bundle Extra tois onlya Subscription,charged onthe Customer agrees and accepts that the International Roaming Usage Limits applied under EU Regulation will not apply to data sent anda receiveddaily basisin ifthe EUthere Zone onis theoutgoing/incoming Subscriptioncall, tooutgoing whichtext orEU Bundledata Extrausage has been applied. The International Roaming Usage Limits will continue to apply to data sent and received in the RestEU ofZone Worldon Roaming provided that Rest Of World Roaming Extra has not been applied to the Subscription. Please see Part : International Roaminga particular day.
(vi) The EU Bundle Extra is only charged on a daily basis if there is outgoing/incoming call, outgoing text or data usage in the EU Zone on a particular day.
(k) The following applies to the Rest of World Roaming Extras: - (i) Daily 50MB Rest of World Zone 1 Data Extra - the inclusive allowance applies to data sent or received in the Rest of the World Zone 1.
- (ii) The By applying a Rest of the World Zone Zone1 Data 1Extra toData Extraa Subscription,is onlythe Customercharged agrees and accepts that the Internationalon Roaming Usage Limits applied under EU Regulation will not apply to data sent anda receiveddaily basisin ifthe thereRest isof datathe usageWorld Zone 1 on inthe Subscription to which the Rest of the World Zone 1 Data ExtraZone has1 been applied. The International Roaming Usage Limits will continueon to apply to data sent anda receivedparticular in the EU Zone provided that an EU Data Extra day.or EU Bundle Extra has not been applied to the Subscription. Please see Part : International Roaming.
(iii) The Rest of World Zone 1 Data Extra is only charged on a daily basis if there is data usage in the Rest of World Zone 1 on a particular day.
| 6. Call Recording Extra (a) Call Recording Extra provides a facility for the recording of calls and is applied at Subscription level. It provides the recording facility for a month. Where the Customer?s Contract includes Call Recording Extra the terms and conditions in the Annex for BT One Phone Call Recording Extra apply. (b) Recorded calls will be stored for 31 days from the date of recording. Recordings will be deleted once the 31 day period expires. (c) Call Recording Extra can be added at any time and where added part way through a month, BT will provide the facility for the remainder of that month and the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis. (d) Where the Customer terminates Call Recording Extra, any recorded calls will be deleted at the end of the month following termination unless they have previously been deleted due to the expiry of the 31 days. (e) Termination of Call Recording Extra will automatically terminate Call Recording Storage Extra. | 7. Call Recording Storage Extra
(a) In order to take Call Recording Storage Extra the Customer must have Call Recording Extra on the Subscription. Where the Customer?s Contract includes Call Recording Extra and Call Recording Storage Extra the terms and conditions in the Annex for BT One Phone Call Recording Extra apply. (b) Call Recording Storage Extra provides a facility which allows a Customer to store recordings of calls beyond the 31 days applicable to Call Recording Extra. The Customer purchases additional years of storage and the charge is per month per additional year per Subscription. (c) Call Recording Storage Extra can be added at any time. (d) The number of years covered by the Call Recording Storage Extra can be increased at any time and charges for the additional storage period will be applied.
(e) Where the Customer requests a reduction to the number of years storage, the monthly charge will reduce to reflect the reduced number of years. (f) Where the Customer terminates or reduces the number of years storage of Call Recording Storage Extra, all recorded calls will continue to be kept for the agreed storage period of the Call Recording Storage Extra applicable to that call. (g) Where the Customer terminates the BT One Phone Service all recorded calls will be deleted. | 8. Dual SIM Extra (a) Dual SIM Extra provides Additional BT One Phone SIM Cards (a maximum of 2) per Subscription. These additional BT One Phone SIM Cards can be used in any device provided that it is compatible with the Service. Incoming calls to the user's existing mobile number, fixed line number and extension number may be routed to the Dual SIM if configured in the flexible routing for the user. For outgoing calls the same number as for the primary SIM card will be presented. Texts, including notifications, and calls from groups will be directed to the primary SIM. The Additional BT One Phone SIM Cards will share any inclusive allowance applicable to the Subscription to which they are applied. (b) Where a BlackBerry Subscription Extra or Superfast 4G Extra applies to the Subscription, the BlackBerry Subscription Extra or Superfast 4G Extra will not apply to the Additional BT One Phone SIM Cards.
| 9. Flexible Caller Line Identity (CLI) Extra (a) Flexible Caller Line Identity (CLI) extra provides a facility which allows a Customer to add an external number to a Subscription and for that Subscription to be able to present that number when they make an outbound call.
(b) The Numbers to be presented will be set out in the Flexible Caller Line Identity (CLI) - Order Form and by signing that Order Form, the Customer confirms that: - (i) it is a diallable number or a number that has been received from the public network and passed on unchanged;
- (ii) it has the right to use the number, and if it has been allocated to a third party, that the Customer has obtained that third party's explicit permission, BT will not check that this permission has been obtained and accepts no liability for claims arising from use of a number. The Customer will indemnify BT against any such claims or legal proceedings that are brought or threatened against BT by a third party. BT will notify the Customer of any such claims or proceedings and keep the Customer informed as to the progress of such claims or proceedings;
- (iii) the number is supported by an underlying network number; and
- (iv) is not a Premium rate or International number.
| 10. BT Signal Assist (a) The monthly charge for BT Signal Assist is £6.00 and this is applied on a per item of On Site Transmission Equipment basis, for example per Femto Cell, to which the BT Signal Assist service is provided. (b) The recurring monthly charges for BT Signal Assist will apply as follows: Where ordered during the billing period will be charged on a pro rata basis until the end of the first month in which the On Site Transmission Equipment was provided. (c) Any usage charges incurred by the Customer when using BT Signal Assist will be charged as follows: (i) for mobile usage - in accordance with the charges applicable to the Contract for BT One Phone; (ii) for broadband usage - in accordance with the Customer's Contract for broadband service. (d) The terms and conditions set out in the Annex for BT Signal Assist apply in addition to those set out in the Conditions, Service Schedule and the Annex for BlackBerry and the Annex for the BT One Phone Portal. (e) If the Customer terminates the Contract for BT One Phone service, BT Signal Assist will automatically be terminated and termination charges will be payable as applicable. | 11. BlackBerry Roaming Extras (a) The following applies to:
| (b) The BlackBerry Roaming Extras can be used on Subscriptions to which the following Subscription Extras have been added:
| Note 1 - Further details about BlackBerry Services can be found in the Service Schedule. (c) They cannot be added to a Subscription to which one of the Roaming Data Extras has been added. (d) Monthly charges apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month. Daily charges will apply in full regardless of when during the day they are added. (e) Where the Subscription is Roaming in the EU (excluding the UK) or the Rest of the World, BT will apply the Blackberry Daily Data International Roaming to the Subscription unless the Customer has requested that the BlackBerry Monthly Data International Roaming is added to the Subscription. The BlackBerry Monthly Data International Roaming can be added to a Subscription or removed from a Subscription at any time. (f) The following is applicable to the Blackberry Daily Data International Roaming. It applies: - (i) and is charged on a daily basis (up to 11:59pm UK local time (GMT/BST);
- (ii) to data sent from by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU (excluding the UK) or Rest of the World via the BlackBerry browser; and
- (iii) to data received by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU (excluding the UK) via the BlackBerry browser.
Data sent and received other than via the BlackBerry browser will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 12. (g) The following is applicable to the BlackBerry Monthly Data International Roaming. It applies: - (i) and is charged on a monthly basis and the charge will apply pro-rata in the first month;
- (ii) to data sent from by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU (excluding the UK) or Rest of the World via the BlackBerry browser;
- (iii) to data received by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the EU (excluding the UK) via the BlackBerry.
Data sent and received other than via the BlackBerry browser will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 12. | 12. BlackBerry Services (a) Further details of these Services can be found in the Annex for BlackBerry. The following paragraphs apply to:
| (b) BlackBerry Services can be added at any time and the inclusive data allowances apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month. (c) The inclusive data allowance detailed in Table 7 applies to data sent from and received by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the United Kingdom using the BlackBerry browser. (d) Data sent and received other than via the BlackBerry browser will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 12. (e) Any unused inclusive allowance cannot be carried forward to the next month. (f) The inclusive data allowance in Table 7 will be decremented before decrementing the inclusive data allowance applicable to the Company Shared Bundle. (g) Usage in excess of the inclusive data allowance in Table 7 and the inclusive data allowance applicable to the Company Shared Bundle will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 12. (h) The following are excluded from the inclusive data allowance and will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 12. International roaming data - when the BT One Phone SIM Card sending or receiving the data is outside of the United Kingdom. (i) In addition to the charges set out in Table 7, charges apply for BlackBerry Software and CALs details of which are set out in the Order Form, On Boarding Contract Amendment or any applicable contract amendment documentation. (j) The following migration rules apply:
| (k) Where the Customer migrates a Subscription in accordance with the above, BT will waive the early termination charges applicable to the original BlackBerry Service. | 13. BlackBerry Services - excluding BESx and BES (a) The charges applicable to the BlackBerry Services set out below are as detailed in Table 7. The following paragraphs apply to the BlackBerry Services set out below:

Company Extras - General The following termination rules apply to Company Extras: Where the Company Extra is terminated BT will apply the early termination charges or charges due upon termination set out in Table 9. These will apply in addition to any other early termination charges set out in Tables 2 to 10. | 2. Hunt Group Extra and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Group Extra (a) Where the Customer requires Hunt Groups or Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Groups in excess of those listed in Table 1, the Customer may add Hunt Group Extra or Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Group Extra to their Contract.
(b) The charge detailed in Table 9 applies per additional Hunt Group or ACD Group per month and where Hunt Group Extra or ACD Group is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis. (c) Where the number of Hunt Groups or ACD Groups (including those provided as standard and those for which Hunt Group Extra and ACD Group Extra applies) no longer exceeds the number listed in the Table 1, the additional charge applicable to Hunt Group Extra or ACD Group Extra will no longer apply. Where this occurs part way through a month, the charge for Hunt Group Extra or ACD Group Extra for that month will apply on a pro-rata basis. Where an additional Hunt Group or ACD Group is later required this must be added under Hunt Group Extra or ACD Group Extra and will be chargeable. | 3. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Extra (a) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Extra provides a facility allowing the Customer to build an IVR. (c) The following migration rules apply :

(a) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Custom Extra is a service under which BT builds an IVR for the Customer. (b) The charge is as detailed in the Order Form, On Boarding Contract Amendment (or where added via the contract amendment process in the applicable contract amendment documentation). BT may apply a one-off charge per Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Custom Extra with an on-going monthly charge per month and where Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Custom Extra is added part way through a month the monthly charge will apply on a pro-rata basis. | 5. Click to Call (TAPI) Extra (a) Click to Call (TAPI) Extra provides customers with a TAPI driver which enables them to integrate BT One Phone with business applications and add click to call functionality. (b) The charge detailed in Table 9 applies per month per Contract and where Click to Call (TAPI) Extra is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis. (c) Additional terms and conditions apply to the Software applicable to Click to Call (TAPI) Extra, which can be found in the Annex for the BT One Phone Portal. | 6. Attendant Queue Extra (a) BT One Phone Office provides as standard a facility which allows an Attendant to manage Queues for up to 3 different numbers. (b) Attendant Queue Extra provides an additional Queue. A maximum of 15 Queues applies per Attendant after which additional Attendants must be added under Attendant Extra. (c) The charge detailed in Table 9 applies per month per Queue and where Attendant Queue Extra is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis. | 7. Attendant Extra (a) BT One Phone Office provides as standard a facility which allows one Attendant to manage Queues. (b) Attendant Extra provides a facility which allows additional Attendants to manage Queues. (c) The charge detailed in Table 9 applies per month per additional Attendant. Voice Prompts Custom Extra (a) Voice Prompts Custom Extra is a service under which BT provides a set of custom voice prompt phrases the contents of which will be agreed with the customer. (b) Each custom phrase can include a maximum of 30 words. (c) The charge detailed in Table 9 applies as a one-off charge for each Voice Prompts Custom Extra added. | 10. Number Subscription Extra (a) Number Subscription Extra provides a facility whereby an additional Subscription can be added to the Contract for which a BT One Phone SIM Card will not be provided. The Subscription will be allocated a number commencing with 01, 02, 07 and can be used for the purposes of call forwarding. (b) Where Number Subscription Extra is taken and the Customer does not take a Company Shared Bundle. Calls will be charged at Out of Bundle/Overage rates set out under Other Charges. (c) The charge detailed in Table 9 applies per month per additional Subscription and where Number Subscription Extra is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis. | 11. Additional Number - Landline or Mobile (a) BT One Phone Office provides the numbers listed above in Table 1 per BT One Phone SIM Card. (b) Additional Number - Landline or Mobile provides a facility whereby an additional number (commencing with: 01, 02, 07 can be added to a BT One Phone SIM Card. An additional BT One Phone SIM Card will not be provided. (c) The charge detailed in Table 9 applies per month per additional number regardless of when in the month Additional Number - Landline or Mobile is added. Inbound Call Statistics Extra (a) Inbound Call Statistics Extra allows the Customer to run detailed inbound voice traffic reports on Subscriptions, Call Groups, Attendants and IVRs. (b) Where added, Inbound Call Statistics Extra will be applied to all Subscriptions (excluding Data Only SIM), Call Groups, and IVRs. (c) The charge detailed in Table 9 applies per month per Subscription, Call Group and IVR is applied on a monthly basis at the end of the month and where Inbound Call Statistics Extra is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis. | 13. Hardware Extra (a) The Hardware Extra Option is an additional Monthly Subscription Charge that subsequently can be used towards the charge for a new Device provided under the Contract. The additional charge cannot be used to buy other products or services. (b) Hardware Extra is subject to the Minimum Period applicable to the Contract. (c) The additional Monthly Subscription Charge is detailed in the Order Form, the On Boarding Contract Amendment or any other contract amendment documentation. (d) BT will not refund any element of Hardware Extra additional Monthly Subscription Charge. Company Site set-up (a) Company Site Set-up is available as set out in Table 8. It applies where the Customer pays the Company Site Setup Charge applicable to a Site (including Additional Sites) as a monthly charge which applies over the term of the Minimum Period. (b) It can be added to the Contract at any time per Site (including Additional Sites). The monthly charge applicable per Site (or Additional Site) is set out in the Order Form, the On Boarding Contract Amendment or any other contract amendment documentation agreed in accordance with Clause 12 of the Service Schedule. | 15. Company Site Extra (a) Company Site Extra is available as set out in Table 8 and allows a Customer to pay the Company Site Setup Charge applicable to a Site (including Additional Sites) via a one-off charge on the first bill. | 20. Company Shared Data Extra (a) Company Shared Data Extra can be added at any time using the Order Form, On Boarding Contract Amendment or the applicable contract amendment process. (b) The monthly charge and inclusive data allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month. (c) The inclusive data allowances detailed in Table 10 applies to data sent from and received by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the United Kingdom. (e) The inclusive data allowance will be decremented in the following order: UK Data Extra (where applicable); Company Shared Data Extra (where applicable); Company Shared Bundle (where applicable).
