Subpart 2:International and Roaming Charges

All charges are stated exclusive of Value Added Tax or any other tax applicable in a country where the Service is provided, which is payable by the Customer which will be added to BT's invoices as appropriate.

International and Roaming charges will be invoiced in arrears.

EU Roaming

The charges for Roamed calls, texts and data made in the EU and EEA (Zones 1,1a and 2) are:

Customers will be charged according to the date the charge is incurred and not the date billed.

** UK Off net rate is the rate that BT Mobile Flex Customers pay for calls and texts in the UK to mobiles on other UK networks

*** When making Calls in the EU BT Mobile Flex Customers will pay no more than 13ppm or 4p per text.
