BT will provide you with a hosted voice and communication service using fixed and mobile wireless technology that will (dependent upon the Subscription you select) use the Mobile Network, and SIP Network. Definitions In addition to the defined terms in the General Terms and the BT One Phone Schedule both of which can be found at http://www.bt.com/terms , capitalised terms in this Section 10 will have the below meanings (and in the case of conflict between these defined terms and the defined terms in the General Terms and the Schedule, the defined terms in the General Terms and the Schedule will take precedence for the purposes of this Section 10 ).
Additional Subscription | Means a Subscription added to the Contract that was not included on the initial Order. | Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) | Means the ability to Queue calls into a group of Users and have the calls distributed to the most suitable and available User based on the configured setting. | Airtime Fund | Means a credit placed on the Customer?s account by BT that will be set against the Customer?s bill until the credit is exhausted. The Airtime Fund cannot be converted to a credit note or paid in cash. Airtime Funds are applied at the commencement of the Service Start Date and cannot be spread across the duration of the Contract. Any outstanding Airtime Fund when the contract is terminated is lost. | Attendant | Means an individual or individuals who manage inbound calls on behalf of the Customer via a Queue using the attendant workplace on an internet connected PC. | CPI | The Consumer Price Index, or ?CPI?, is a figure published by the Office for National Statistics as a measure of inflation. It reflects the increase in the costs to run and invest in the network and services we provide. | Enterprise | Tariff with unlimited UK calls and SMS.to standard UK numbers. | Europe Zone | Means Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland Inc. | 1. The following applies to Mobile Subscriptions and to Office SIP Subscriptions:
(a) The unlimited calls applicable to Mobile Subscription/ and Office SIP Subscriptions apply to calls made from a BT One Phone SIM Card in the UK or a BT One Phone SIP Device within the UK to:
? (i) UK landlines numbers (01, 02, 03); and
? (ii) UK mobile numbers.
(b) The unlimited texts applicable to Mobile Subscription applies to Texts sent from a BT One Phone SIM Card in the UK to UK mobile numbers.
(c) The following are excluded from the unlimited calls and Texts applicable to Mobile Subscription and Office SIP Subscription and will be charged in accordance with other Charges as set out in Table 15.
? (i) calls to premium rate & Directory Enquiries numbers (07, 09 and 118) and satellite services;
? (ii) MMS;
? (iii) International Direct Dial calls - when the BT One Phone SIM Card is in the UK and is calling a destination outside the UK.
? (iv) Roaming calls, Texts and data - when the BT One Phone SIM Card making or receiving the call or sending or receiving the Text or data is outside of the UK and Europe Zone.
(d) The following are not included in the unlimited calls allowance but a charge will not apply to them:
? (i) Calls to BT One Phone Voicemail from a BT One Phone SIM Card within the UK or Europe Zone or a BT One Phone SIP Device within the UK dialling 8888.

2. The following applies to Data Only SIM Subscription:

Installation Services and Professional Services :
Unless we agreed otherwise, the following one-off Charges will apply to the corresponding installation or professional services set out in the Statement of Requirements.
Installation and Professional Services will be charged in accordance with the table below or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

1. Subscription Extras - General
(a) With the exception of Dual SIM Extra, only one Subscription Extra of each Subscription Extra type can be applied to a Subscription.
(b) The inclusive allowances apply per month with the exception of the:
? Pay As You Roam Extras - Daily
2. UK Data Extra (a) The inclusive data allowance in Table 5 applies to a BT One Phone SIM Card sending or receiving data in the UK and Europe Zone.
(b) The inclusive data allowance will be decremented in the following order:
UK Data Subscription Extra;
Company Shared Data Extra (where applicable);
Company Shared Data Passes (where applicable);
Usage in excess of these inclusive data allowances will be charged in accordance with other Charges as set out in Table 15
(c) The following are excluded from the inclusive data allowance in Table 5 and will be charged for in accordance with other Charges as set out in Table 15.
? Roaming Data - when the BT One Phone SIM Card sending or receiving data is outside of the UK and Europe Zone, unless the customer has a World Zone roaming extra.
3. Roaming Extras - General (a) The following applies to:
Corporate Daily Roamer.
(b) The Roaming Extra is:
? (i) charged on a daily basis for the whole or part of the day; and
? (ii) the inclusive allowance applies on a daily basis (up to 11:59pm UK local time (GMT/BST).
(c) Texts received will not decrement the inclusive allowance and are not chargeable.
(d) The Corporate Daily Roamer Extra will be charged twice automatically for the same subscription, on the same day, if the Customer uses more than 500MB of data while in Zone A or Zone B in a single day. Data Usage over 1000MB will be charged at the agreed country Per MB price.
(e) Usage in excess of the inclusive allowances will be charged in accordance with other Charges as set out in Table15.
Europe Zone/ Zone A/ Zone B
? (i) Roaming in Europe Zone is inclusive, i.e. User gets access to their domestic allowance of minutes, texts and data.
? (ii) Zone A / Zone B daily roaming allowance includes the following:
? data (500MB) per day
? calls to standard landline and mobile numbers worldwide
? Texts to standard mobile numbers worldwide
? (iii) MMS, calls to non-geo and premium numbers are excluded from the roaming allowance for Europe Zone, Zone A and Zone B.
? (iv) Corporate Daily Roamer Extra is only charged on a daily basis if there is any usage in the Zone A or Zone B on a particular day.
(f) Pay as You Roam daily as defined in Section 10c, Part 1 Subpart 1 of the BT Price List is still valid but is not available for new Customers after 25th August 2018. 4. Dual SIM Extra
Dual SIM Extra provides additional BT One Phone SIM Cards (a maximum of 2) per Subscription. These additional BT One Phone SIM Cards can be used in any device provided that it is compatible with the BT One Phone Service. Incoming calls to the User's existing mobile number, fixed line number and extension number may be routed to the Dual SIM if configured in the flexible routing for the User. For outgoing calls the same number as for the primary BT SIM Card will be presented. Texts, including notifications, and calls from groups will be directed to the primary BT SIM Card. The additional BT One Phone SIM Cards will share any inclusive allowance applicable to the Subscription to which they are applied.
5. SIP Extra SIP Extra allows a customer to add a BT One Phone SIP Device to a Mobile Subscription (a maximum of 1) per Subscription. Incoming calls to the User's existing mobile number, fixed line number and extension number may be routed to the SIP Extra if configured in the User?s routing profile. For outgoing calls the same number as for the primary BT SIM card will be presented. The SIP Extra will share any inclusive allowance applicable to the Subscription to which they are applied.
6. Additional Number - Landline or Mobile (a) Additional Number - Landline or Mobile provides a facility whereby an additional number (commencing with: 01, 02, 07 can be added to a BT One Phone SIM Card or BT One Phone SIP Device. An additional BT One Phone SIM Card or BT One Phone SIP Device will not be provided.
(b) The charge detailed in Table 5 applies per month per additional number regardless of when in the month the Additional Number - Landline or Mobile is added.
(c) A maximum of up to 5 additional numbers can be added to a Subscription in addition to the 2 numbers provided as standard. These can be a mixture of Landline, Mobile and Non Geographic numbers.

Table 7a - Company Extras ? One Off & Recurring Charges and Charges due on termination

Hunt Group Extra and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Group Extra (a) Where the Customer requires Hunt Groups or in excess of the 3 Hunt Groups provided as standard or they require ACD Groups, the Customer may add Hunt Group Extra or Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Group Extra to their Contract.
(b) The charge detailed in Table 7a applies per additional Hunt Group or ACD Group per month and where Hunt Group Extra or ACD Group is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis.
(c) Where the number of Hunt Groups or ACD Groups (including those provided as standard and those for which Hunt Group Extra and ACD Group Extra applies) no longer exceeds the number provided as standard as defined in the terms, the additional charge applicable to Hunt Group Extra or ACD Group Extra will no longer apply. Where this occurs part way through a month, the charge for Hunt Group Extra or ACD Group Extra for that month will apply on a pro-rata basis. Where an additional Hunt Group or ACD Group is later required this must be added under Hunt Group Extra or ACD Group Extra and will be chargeable.
2. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Extra (a) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Extra provides a facility allowing the Customer to build an IVR.
(b) The charge detailed in Table 7a applies per month per IVR and where Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Extra is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis.
(c) The following migration rules apply :
| Where the Customer migrates a Subscription in accordance with the above, BT will waive the Termination Charges applicable to the original Company Shared Extra. 3. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Custom Extra (a) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Custom Extra is a service under which BT builds an IVR for the Customer.
(b) The charge is as detailed in the applicable Order, On Boarding Contract Amendment (or where added via the contract amendment process in the applicable contract amendment documentation). BT may apply a one-off charge per Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Custom Extra with an on-going monthly charge per month and where Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Custom Extra is added part way through a month the monthly charge will apply on a pro-rata basis.
4. Click to Call (TAPI) Extra (a) Click to Call (TAPI) Extra provides customers with a TAPI driver which enables them to integrate the BT One Phone Service with business applications and add click to call functionality.
(b) The charge detailed in Table 7a applies per month per Contract and where Click to Call (TAPI) Extra is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis.
(c) Additional terms apply to the Software applicable to Click to Call (TAPI) Extra, that can be found in the Annex for the BT One Phone Portal.
5. Attendant Queue Extra
(a) The BT One Phone Service provides as standard a facility which allows an Attendant to manage Queues for up to 3 different numbers.
(b) Attendant Queue Extra provides an additional Queue. A maximum of 15 Queues applies per Attendant after which additional Attendants must be added under Attendant Extra.
(c) The charge detailed in Table 7a applies per month per Queue and where Attendant Queue Extra is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis.
6. Attendant Extra (a) The BT One Phone Service provides as standard a facility which allows one Attendant to manage Queues.
(b) Attendant Extra provides a facility which allows additional Attendants to manage Queues.
(c) The charge detailed in Table 7a applies per month per additional Attendant. Where Attendant Extra is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis.
7. Voice Prompts Extra (a) Voice Prompts Extra is a series of 240 pre-recorded voice prompt phrases that can be used directly or moulded together to create a series of voice announcements that can be used to help direct calls.
(b) The charge detailed in Table 7a applies as a one-off charge for each Voice Prompts Extra added.
8. Number Subscription Extra (a) Number Subscription Extra provides a facility whereby an Additional Subscription can be added to the Contract for which a BT One Phone SIM Card will not be provided. The Subscription will be allocated a number commencing with 01, 02, 07 and can be used for the purposes of call forwarding.
(b) The Charge detailed in Table 7a applies per month per Additional Subscription and where Number Subscription Extra is added part way through a month the Charge will apply on a pro-rata basis.
9. Inbound Call Statistics Extra (a) Inbound Call Statistics Extra allows the Customer to run detailed inbound voice traffic reports on Subscriptions, Call Groups, Attendants and IVRs.
(b) Where added, Inbound Call Statistics Extra will be applied to all Subscriptions (excluding Data Only SIM Subscription), Call Groups, and IVRs.
(c) The charge detailed in Table 7a applies per month per Subscription, Call Group and IVR is applied on a monthly basis at the end of the month and where Inbound Call Statistics Extra is added part way through a month the charge will apply on a pro-rata basis.
10. Onsite Mobile Network Installation (a) Onsite Mobile Network Installation - Upfront is available as set out in Table 7a and allows a Customer to pay the Onsite Mobile Network Installation Charge applicable to an Onsite Mobile Network via a one-off charge on the first bill.
(b) Onsite Mobile Network Installation - Monthly is available as set out in Table 7a and allows a Customer to pay the Onsite Mobile Network Installation Charge applicable to an Onsite Mobile Network via as an ongoing monthly charge.
(c) It can be added to the Contract at any time per Onsite Mobile Network. The one-off charge applicable per Onsite Mobile Network is set out in the applicable Order, or any other contract amendment documentation agreed in accordance with Paragraph [8.2] of the Schedule.
| 11. Convergence Services Convergence Services is a one-off charge per Mobile Subscription or Office SIP Subscription which cannot be shared. If a Customer is taking Convergence Services the service must be taken for all Mobile Subscriptions and Office SIP Subscriptions.
12. Onsite SIP Network Extra
Charges applicable to Sites in which an Onsite SIP Network is installed
| *Is spread over Minimum Term
Terms applicable to Onsite SIP Network.
(a) The Company Site Extra - SIP will be charged on commencement of the SIP Network and is a one off charge on the first bill. This charge is not refundable if the SIP Network is terminated within the Minimum Term.
(b) The Company Site Setup - SIP will apply for the Minimum Term ? upon expiry of the Minimum Term the charge will cease to apply.
(c) The Company Site SIP Recurring Charge will apply for the Minimum Term and will continue to apply until the Contract or the SIP Network is terminated.
(d) The agreed pricing does not include any increase in the network capacity provided by the SIP Network to support Additional Subscriptions at the Site. Where the Customer requires an increase in network capacity to support Additional Subscriptions then additional Charges for increasing the network capacity of the SIP Network will apply.
(e) All charges are subject to survey.
13. Network Expansion Extra (a) Where the Customer requests additional coverage to that set out in the BT One Phone Coverage Plan, the request must be made via the applicable contract amendment process. BT will identify the additional Charges and Network Expansion Extra allows the Customer to pay this as a one-off Charge under Network Expansion Extra.
14. Network Relocation Extra (a) Where the Customer requests the relocation of On Site SIP Equipment the request must be made via the applicable contract amendment process. BT will identify the additional Charges and Network Relocation Extra allows the Customer to pay this as a one-off Charge under Network Relocation Extra.
| 15. Private Voice Extra & Private Voice VPN Extra Table 8 ? Charges applicable to Sites in which a Private Voice Extra OR PRIVATE VOICE (VPN) EXTRA is installed

(c) Private Voice Extra and Private Voice VPN Extra is subject to the Minimum Term set out in the applicable Order.
(d) The Private Voice Extra can be used as follows:
(i) Voice calls made between the Customer?s equipment and their BT One Phone SIM Card or their BT One Phone SIP Devices, within the UK, provided under this Contract across the Private Voice link. An additional charge does not apply to these calls. Voice calls made from the customer equipment, across the Private Voice link, to numbers outside of the customer BT One Phone Devices will be charged at standard and agreed pence per minute rates for calling those numbers. Corporate Enterprise customers (only) may purchase a Company Shared Private Voice Extra ? 1000 minutes for such external calls to standard mobile and landline numbers. (See table 7a).?
(ii) An additional charge does not apply to these calls.
(iii) The Customer is responsible for nominating the ?UK Closed User Group fixed line numbers?, these numbers can be updated during the Minimum Term.
(e) The Private Voice VPN Extra can be used as follows:
(i) Voice calls made between the Customer?s equipment and their BT One Phone SIM Card or their BT One Phone SIP Devices, within the UK, provided under this Contract across the Private Voice link. An additional charge does not apply to these calls. Voice calls made from the customer equipment, across the Private Voice link, to numbers outside of the customer BT One Phone Devices will be charged at the standard and agreed pence per minute rates for calling those numbers. Corporate Enterprise customers (only) may purchase a Company Shared Private Voice Extra ? 1000 minutes for such external calls to standard mobile and landline numbers. (See table 7a).
(f) Where the Private Voice Extra/VPN Extra is terminated BT will apply the Charges set out in Table 7.
(g) Where Private Voice Extra/VPN Extra is removed, calls made from a customer?s privately owned PBX extension numbers will no longer be included in the BT One Phone Service.
(h) Other consequences of terminating Private Voice Extra/VPN Extra are detailed in the Private Voice and Data Extra Annex.
16. Company Shared Data Extra (a) Multiple Company Shared Data Extras can be applied per Contract and the inclusive data allowance is shared across Subscriptions. (b) The Recurring Charge and inclusive data allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.
(c) The inclusive data allowances detailed in Table 11 applies to data sent from and received by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the UK and Europe Zone.
(d) Any unused inclusive allowance cannot be carried forward to the next month.
(e) The inclusive data allowance will be decremented in the following order:
UK Data Extra (where applicable);
Company Shared Data Extra (where applicable);
Usage in excess of these inclusive data allowances will be charged in accordance with other Charges as set out in Table14.
(f) The following are excluded from the inclusive data allowance and will be charged in accordance with other Charges as set out in Table 15.
Roaming data - when the BT One Phone SIM Card making or receiving the data is outside of the United Kingdom or Europe Zone.
(g) The following migration rules apply:
(i) The Customer can move to a Company Shared Data Extra with a higher inclusive data allowance at any time during the Contract and Charges will not apply to the original Company Shared Data Extra.
Table 9 - Company Shared Data Extra
| 17. Company Shared Data Passes (a) Company Shared Data Pass means a temporary Company shared data pass that can be purchased at a one-off charge by customers to top up your data allowance for in month usage only.
(b) Multiple Company Shared Data Passes can be applied per Contract and the inclusive data allowance is shared across all Subscriptions.
(c) The one-off Charge and inclusive data allowance will apply in total for the calendar month that the Data Pass is added.
(d) The inclusive data allowances detailed in Table 12 applies to data sent from and received by a BT One Phone SIM Card in the UK and Europe Zone.
(e) Any unused inclusive allowance cannot be carried forward to the next month.
(f) The inclusive data allowance will be decremented in the following order:
UK Data Extra (where applicable);
Company Shared Data Extra (where applicable);
Company Data Pass (where applicable)
Usage in excess of these inclusive data allowances will be charged in accordance with other Charges as set out in Table 15.
(g) The following are excluded from the inclusive data allowance and will be charged in accordance with other Charges as set out in Table 15. Roaming data - when the BT One Phone SIM Card making or receiving the data is outside of the United Kingdom or Europe Zone.
(h) The following business rules apply:
(i) The Customer can add multiple Data Passes at any time during the month to create temporary additional UK data allowances and charges will be applied post use
(ii) The Data Passes inclusive allowances will be used in the order they are added to the BT One Phone Portal
(iii) The Data Pass allowance will begin only after it has been added, no retrospective rating of data usage will occur. It is the customer?s responsibility to add the Data Pass via the BT One Phone Portal.
(iv) The Data Pass will expire at the end of the month and will not survive into the following month, if required in future months then the Data Pass must be added again on the BT One Phone Portal.
(v) The full Data Pass inclusive allowance will be available for the remainder of the month in which it has been added and from the time it has been added.
(vi) The full Data Pass charge will be added to the following months invoice after it has been added.
(vii) Once a Data Pass has been added it cannot be terminated. The Data Pass will naturally expire at the end of the calendar month.

| 18. Company Shared IDD Extra (a) Company Shared IDD Extra can be added at any time using the Order Form, On Boarding Contract Amendment or the applicable contract amendment process. The inclusive minutes allowance is shared across Subscriptions.
(b) The monthly charge and inclusive IDD allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.
(c) The inclusive IDD allowances detailed in Table 12 applies to calls made by a BT One Phone SIM Card, or a BT One Phone SIP Device in the UK.
(d) Any unused inclusive allowance cannot be carried forward to the next month.
(e) Usage in excess of these inclusive IDD allowances will be charged in accordance with Other Charges as set out in Table 17.
(f) Multiple Company Shared IDD bundles can be purchased . Terminated Company Shared IDD bundles are subject to the Termination Charges set out in Table 12.
(g) World Zone bundles are no longer available for new supply and can only be used by existing Customers who have already subscribed to the Company Shared IDD Extra.

As indicated on your contract when you joined or re-contracted to the BT One Phone service, certain products and services are subject to an annual price rise in April of each year, starting in April 2022. The prices you pay for these services will increase by the rate of CPI + 3.9%, with the CPI rate determined by the Office of National Statistics in the preceding January. Therefore, if the ONS publishes a rate of 0.6% in January 2022, your price on those affected products and services will increase by 4.5% from April 2022. If the CPI rate is negative, BT will only increase Recurring Charges by 3.9%. The services included in the annual price rise are detailed below in Table 16, and are correct as of 1 April 2021. Any new products or services which are introduced or launched after 1 April 2021, may be subject to the CPI+ Price Rise. Table 14 ? Products and services subject to CPI+ price rise as defined above.
