This product is not available for new supply from 1 June 2003.

BT Together - Local Calls Option is available for an inclusive fee of £42.84 exc. VAT per quarter (£50.34 inc. VAT). The fee includes the following:

• -Line Rental (for one line)
• -The call prices specified in Tables 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 which include a zero pence per minute charge for the first hour of each Local Geographic call at evenings and weekends except those to Internet Service Provider numbers (conditions apply).
• -Connection of new and additional lines at £108.92 exc. VAT (£127.99inc. VAT)
• -Local Calls Option pence per minute rates apply on all lines on the account
• -Customers will pay £33.93 exc. VAT (£39.87 inc. VAT) fee for additional lines on the same account.

A payment processing fee is payable on each account for Customers who do not settle their accounts by Monthly Payment Plan or Direct Debit - See Section 15Part 12Sub Part 3. The payment processing fee is levied by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Telecommunications plc.

From 1st September 2010 the monthly paper-free discount will not be available for new supply - please refer to line rental saver (Section 55Part 19) for details of an alternative which requires paper-free billing and includes a discount on rental. Paper-free billing remains available as an option for all.

Customers who have previously agreed to replace a paper bill with an on-line bill, receive a discount of £1.25inc VAT ( £1.07exc VAT) on their account for every month in which they spend at least £13.29inc VAT (£11.31 exc VAT) on rental charges, provided the bill is paid by direct debit or monthly payment plan. Customers will receive an email advising that their bill is available to view on-line.

For customers already in receipt of the paper-free discount, it remains available per account and to customers on a Calling Plan, BT Together Local and BT Working Together. It is not available on BT Mobile or BT Fusion accounts. The discount is only applied on accounts where the customer has a total rental charge greater than or equal to £13.29inc VAT (£11.31 exc VAT) per month, before any other discounts are applied e.g. special offers. One-off charges such as usage charges, brought forward amounts, payment processing fees and any other non rental charges do not count as rental charges. The discount is applied for rental charges in advance.

If the customer changes the method by which they receive bills they will become ineligible for the paper-free discount.

Calls to Local Number Translation Service (NTS) (0X45) numbers will be charged at the BT Together - Local Calls Option Local NTS rates shown in Tables 2 (a) and 2 (b), .ie not all these calls are eligible for the zero pence per minute charge.

Calls of any type for which there is no Calling Plan pence per minute rate specified will be charged at the specified rate (including Chargecard calls; Directory Enquiries - all numbers beginning with 118; 195 service and Operator Controlled Calls). Calls to the Channel Islands will be charged rates shown in table 1b below.

Table 1a - Geographic Inland Direct Dialled PPM Prices (except calls terminating on Internet Service Providers)

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged at the rates shown in Table 1a above. Calls from Northern Ireland to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the same rate as calls from the rest of the United Kingdom to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland.

Exceptionally long Local calls, passing through multiple Evening or Weekend periods (via one or more Daytime periods), will not be charged for the first hour of each Evening or Weekend period. Pence per minute rates will apply at all other times.

Table 1b - Prices of calls to the Channel Islands and calls to Internet Service Providers using geographic or 0870 (i.e. National) numbers

Calls to identified Internet Service Providers using geographic numbers will be charged at the rates shown in Table 1b above. A list of these numbers is available on bt.com

Table 2 (a) - Inland NTS, (0845) Direct Dialled PPM Prices

Calls to identified Internet Service Providers and indirect access services using Inland NTS, (0845) numbers will be charged at the rates shown in Table 2 (b).

** - Redial before 60 minutes to avoid being charged. Fair Usage Policy: Customers who exceed 1000 minutes or 150 calls in a month will be charged the standard BT rates (i.e those in Table 2 (b) below).

* each text message is limited to 160 characters. Where a request is made to send a text which exceeds 160 characters the message will be delivered as multiple messages each up to 160 characters length. Each text will be charged at the rate appropriate to the destination telephone.
