For item (B) above customers may migrate from these discount options to Calling Plans without being held to term, and all fees paid in advance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis from the date of taking up Calling Plans. |
NOTE 1: Customers converting from BT business to BT residential lines will only be eligible to take advantage of this Calling Plan 6 months after their conversion date. |
