Description

Customers who sign up to paper free billing or who are currently on paper free billing will receive a credit as follows:

Exclusions:

The discount for paper free billing will not apply in the following situations:

- Customers who pay by direct debit or monthly payment plan

- One-off, Supplementary and Final bills

- Stand alone bills which cover BT mobile or BT Business Broadband only

- Bills for customers who are part of the Service Provider Group Business Unit

- Bills generated from BT's OneBill Plus service

Note:

Customers who subsequently cancel one of the above exclusions will not be eligible for the paper free discount at any time.
