Call Allowance |
For: |
1. existing Business Broadband Voice and BT Hosted VoIP Customers who have a Contract with BT prior to 26th October 2009:Business Broadband Voice Plus and BT Hosted VoIP Plus are subject to a Call Allowance for all UK Local and National geographic calls of 1,500 minutes in any one calendar month |
If the Call Allowance limit stated above is exceeded, BT reserves the right, at its option to either: (a) apply Business Broadband Voice charges to all UK Local and National geographic call minutes which exceeds the limit stated above; (b) suspend the Customer's ability to make all outgoing calls using BT Business Broadband Voice Plus until the following calendar month; (c) regrade the Customer's service from Business Broadband Voice Plus to standard Business Broadband Voice; or (d) terminate the Service. If any of the above apply, BT will Contact the Customer and give 28 days notice of such action being taken |
2. Business Broadband Voice Call Package and BT Hosted VoIP Plus, including (for both products) with or without BT Business One Plan Variant, customers who have a Contract with BT signed on or after 26th October 2009: |
Business Broadband Voice Call Package and BT Hosted VoIP Plus are subject to a Call Allowance for all:
UK Local and National geographic and IDD calls of 5,000 minutes in total in any one calendar month.
UK Fixed to Mobile calls of 500 minutes in any one calendar month.
Where the Customer's: (a) Inland and IDD calls (as listed above), exceeds 5000 minutes per calendar month, the Customer will be charged for any calls in excess of the 5000 minutes* from the next calendar day until the end of that calendar month, in accordance with prices detailed in Business Broadband Voice Inland Capped Calls and Business Broadband Voice International Direct Dialled Calls in this Section. (b) F2M minutes exceeds 500 minutes per calendar month, the Customer will be charged for calls in excess of the 500 minutes* in accordance with the prices detailed in Business Broadband Voice Fixed to Mobile Calls in this Section. * the charges that will be applied are the rates (capped or uncapped dependent upon whether or not the Customer contracted for the capped or uncapped rates) as set out in the Price List Entries for Business Broadband Voice BT will monitor the Customer's usage of the Broadband Voice Call Package and Hosted VoIP Plus, and reserves the right to: (i) Suspend the charges applicable to the Broadband Voice Call Package and Hosted VoIP Plus in which case the Customer will be charged in accordance with the standard Contract; or (ii) Terminate the Contract. |
Fair Use Policy for Business Broadband Voice, Hosted VoIP, BT SIP Trunk and HostedBT VoIP IP Trunk Capped Calls : A Fair Use Policy applied to Business Broadband Voice, Hosted VoIP, BT SIP Trunk and HostedBT VoIPIP Trunk Services. Customers are entitled to an average duration of four hours of calls per day of Capped Calls (for each call type for which there is a Capped Call price) from any one BT Broadband line, BT Hosted VoIP line, BT IP Trunk line or BT SIP Trunk line to any one number throughout each calendar month. Usage beyond this level will be subsequently charged at the pence per minute price, with no cap applicable, unless, in addition, if the average number of calls made per day per calendar month to the number is 16 or greater. The average call duration per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total duration of Capped Calls made to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month. The average number of calls made to any one number per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total number of Capped Calls made to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month. |
Early termination Charges |
Broadband Voice for Customers with contracts signed before 26 October 2009 (not available for new supply from 26th October 2009) For BT Broadband Voice Contracts entered into with BT before 26th October 2009 the termination charges are 100% of the outstanding rental for the remainder of the Minimum Period. Broadband Voice for Customers with contracts signed on or after 26 October 2009 (i) For BT Broadband Voice Contracts entered into with BT on or after 26th October 2009, the termination charges are:- For Customers with a 1 year minimum period the termination charges are 100% of the outstanding rental for the remainder of the Minimum Period. For Customers with a 2 year Minimum Period contract, the Customer would pay the total Monthly Payments (together with any Connection Charges) remaining in year 1 of the Minimum Period and20% of the total Monthly Payments (together with 100% of any Connection Charges) remaining in year 2. Hosted VoIP for Customers with contracts signed before 8th December 2008 (not available for new supply) For BT Hosted VoIP Contracts entered into with BT before 8th December 2008 the termination charges are 100% of the outstanding rental for the remainder of the Minimum Period. Hosted VoIP for Customers who contracted with BT on or after 8th December 2008 and before 26th October 2009 (not available for new supply) (i) For BT Hosted VoIP Contracts entered into with BT on or after 8th December 2008 and before 26th October 2009, the termination charges are:- |
