General Notes 1. Customers must sign a new Contract with either a 1 year or 2 year Minimum Period. 2. Upon expiry of the 1st Minimum Period, the Contract will continue for subsequent Minimum Period(s) until such time as the Customer takes the action prescribed in the Service Schedule or terminates the Contract or Service in accordance with the Conditions. 3. Following the 1st Minimum Period, the monthly rental charge will be automatically re-aligned from the appropriate monthly rental for the 1st Minimum Period to the appropriate monthly rental for subsequent Minimum Periods (see above). 4. If the Customer notifies BT in accordance with the provisions of the Service Schedule that it does not want the Contract to continue for further Minimum Period(s), the provisions of paragraph 3 above will not apply or, if the provisions of paragraph 3 above have already been applied, the Customer will be charged from the date of such notification at the monthly rental applicable for the 1st Minimum Period. 5. During the appropriate Minimum Period(s), the monthly rental will include one geographic number (in area or out of area) per line. Outside of the Minimum Period geographic numbers will be charged at the rates set out above. 6. The Service includes BT Call Minder for Business VoIP as part of the package. Geographic Number Portability Import enables the Customer of an Other Licensed Operator (OLO), to transfer the number associated with their fixed telephony service from the OLO to BT. A telephone number which had previously been exported to the OLO from BT may be imported. The portability of individual numbers is subject to confirmation. 8. Customers must have: - A Business Broadband line dedicated to providing the Service from BT
- Business Broadband Hub from BT
- Appropriate BT Business Hosted VoIP Customer Equipment (including IP phones and Ethernet Hub switch)
9. BT Hosted VoIP is not available to Customers wanting the service to be provided using a BT Versatility switch or BT Micro |
