RESIDENTIAL

The charges payable are additional to the line rental, sale price or to those for Standard Care (if applicable).

BUSINESS

The services are not necessarily available in all Zones. The charges payable are additional to the line rental, sale price or .to those for Standard Care (if applicable). Standard Care charges for each product appear in the appropriate section of the Price List. The Total Care standard of service is no longer available to BT Business Plan and BT Business Plan (CR) Customers free of charge and was replaced by BT Assurance Plus with effect from 17 July 2006. BT Assurance Plus is also available free of charge to BT Business One Plan and BT Business Reward customers as well as BT Business Plan customers. Total Care is also available to BT Business Plan and BT Business One Plan customers at the charges below.

Customers who have a contract for the following products: BT Business One Plan, BT Business Reward and BT Business Plan, receive BT Assurance Plus free of charge. Total Care is also available to these customers at the charges below.

Existing customers who have different levels on their lines will have until 30 June 2008 to advise BT of the level of Enhanced Maintenance Service they require on all their lines/channels. After 30 June 2008 customers will be charged for all of their lines at the appropriate charge for the Enhanced Maintenance Service taken.
