Priority Service

Priority Fault Repair is defined in paragraph 8 of the BT Telephony Service Terms.

BUSINESS

Priority Prompt and Total Care - are not available to business only. Not available for new supply with effect from 1 March 2010 .

ForPriority customers/installationsPrompt categorisedand asTotal beingCare essentialis foravailable theto preservation of human life and/or the defence of the Realm.: The services are as for Prompt & Total Care above but customers receive a discount on the normal Prompt and Total Care charges but all other products are charged at the same rate as Prompt Care and Total Care for that product.

1. Business customers only

2. Customers/installations categorised as being essential for the preservation of Human life and/or

3. the defence of the Realm

and provides customers with Prompt or Total Care Service Level (Section 14:Part 1:) at a discount on the normal Prompt and Total Care charges ( Section 14:Part 1:Subpart 3: - Pricing). All other products are charged at the same rate as Prompt Care and Total Care for that product.

Priority Fault Repair is available on lines to the homes of chronically sick and severely disabled and for 999 lines which have been classed by BT as e(emergency) list service. They receive 24 hour cover free of charge, but without a guaranteed fast response.
