The information above includes making outgoing calls barred (OCB), incoming calls barred (ICB) or temporarily out of service (TOS). With OCB on digital exchanges, 999 access is provided as are 150, 151, 152 and 154. However, incoming reverse charge calls can still be made to the telephone. These facilities are only available to customers connected to a digital exchange. There is no charge for restoration to full telephone service but the request should be made in writing. Only one call barring facility can be put on a customers line at one time.
