Eligibility |
1. Open to all UK businesses that order BT Business Broadband Voice when placing a new order or agreeing to a further minimum term for BT Business Total Broadband before 26th October 2009. |
2. The connection fee for the first line only will be waived together with the monthly charges for the duration of the BT Business Broadband Voice contract |
3. Conditions |
3.1 Customers must have a BT PSTN line, order BT Business Broadband Voice and place an order or agree to a further minimum term for BT Business Total Broadband. |
3.2 An outgoing call must be made using the first line: (a) within 90 days of placement of the order for the Services, and subsequently (b) at least every 90 days from the Service Start Date. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination, at BT's option, of the Service to the first line. |
3.3 This will not apply where the first line of the BT Business Broadband Voice service is provided to any UK businesses ordering the BT Business Broadband Voice Plus product. |
3.4 Eligible customers wishing to switch to a free BT Business Broadband Voice line from an existing chargeable first line will be charged for any remaining period of the chargeable first line minimum period. |

The price of a call will be the Set-Up Charge plus the pence per minute rate specified, multiplied by the duration of the call in seconds, until the value of the call reaches the specified cap. The Capped Call price will apply until the call duration reaches 1 hour, after which the price of the call will equal the duration of the call less one hour multiplied by the pence per minute plus the Capped Call price from the first hour of the call. |

Broadband Voice Inclusive UK Calls For Broadband Voice customers who signed contracts on or after 30th March 2011: 1. Broadband Voice service includes 500 inclusive inland call minutes per calendar month for each Broadband Voice line subject to the contract. Inland calls are defined as: a) calls to 01, 02, 03, 05 (where charged at G21 rates), 0870, 0845; b) calls from Northern Ireland to fixed destinations in the Republic of Ireland; and c) Broadband Voice Calls to Broadband Voice Numbers. Inclusive call minutes are not available with BT Hosted VoIP or BT Hosted VoIP Plus. 2. The 500 inclusive minutes are for use within the calendar month and unused minutes will not be carried over into the following month or included as part of any call spend or other contribution for the purposes of any BT call package including but not limited to BT Business One Plan/ BT Business One Plan Plus. Calls made within the 500 inclusive minutes will be rounded up to the next 60 seconds. Unused minutes will be lost on termination of the contract. 3. Subject to paragraph 1 above, all standard terms (including charges) for BT Business Broadband Voice Service will apply. Business Broadband Voice Plus is:- 1. Subject to a fair usage policy. See Subpart 3, Conditions of this Part for more details.
2. Inclusive of a zero charge for up to one hour for all UK Local and National geographic Calls (applies to numbers beginning 01 and 02 excluding Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland) and Business Broadband Voice Calls to Broadband Voice Numbers.
After one hour all UK Local and National geographic Calls will be charged at the pence per minute rate for the remaining duration of the call.
3. Except to the extent expressly amended above, provided subject to all other charges (including any Special Offers and calls to Number Translation Service numbers 08XX) being applied in accordance with Business Broadband Voice (see i) above).

The Unlimited Calls Package applies to the following call types: a. 1. The Falcon IP phone can be purchased as an Outright Sale. The charge will apply from 15th November 2010 The charge is specified in the table below. BT's standard Conditions of Sale apply. |

The Falcon IP Phone is covered by a 12 months warranty. If a fault occurs with the phone and it is one which is covered by the warranty, the Customer will be required to return the phone to BT within 14 days of receiving a replacement. If the phone is not received by BT within 14 days, the customer will be charged the one-off payment charge specified above.

2. Customers taking the Business Broadband Voice with Free/ Inclusive UK calls - 2 year contract with IP Phone are supplied with a Falcon IP phone as part of the rental package |
The following applies: |
2.1 Warranty for Falcon IP Phone (rental package) |
(a). If, for 24 months from delivery, BT is notified of a fault in the phone which is due to faulty design, manufacture or materials, or the negligence of BT, BT will where necessary by arrangement with the Customer, replace or (at its option) repair the faulty part free of charge provided that:
(i) the phone has been properly kept, used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's or BT's instructions, if any, and has not been modified except with BT's written consent; or
(ii) the fault is not due to accidental or wilful damage; interference with or maintenance of the phone by persons other than BT.
(b). This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear.
(c). The Customer will be required to return a faulty phone to BT with 14 days on receiving replacement. If the faulty phone is not received by BT within 14 days, BT will charge the customer at the rate specified in section one off payment details as above
(d). If the Customer reports a fault and BT finds there is none or that the Customer has caused the fault, BT may apply a charge.
(e). Except where the Customer relies on BT's written advice, it is the Customer's responsibility to satisfy itself as to the suitability of the phone for its needs.
(f). BT does not warrant that any software will be free of all faults or that its use will be uninterrupted, but BT will remedy those defects which significantly impair performance within a reasonable time

BT IP Trunk Pricing Information |
BT IP Trunk
BT IP Trunk provides the facility to make or receive a call using a suitably enabled BT Business Broadband line and provides a means of connecting a customer's PBX to BT's VoIP network. |
Each BT IP Trunk will support multiple channels, subject to the underlying data/broadband connection. |
There are two BT IP Trunk packages, BT IP Trunk is available with and without Business One Plan: |

Monthly Payment

Expiry of Minimum Period Upon expiry of the Minimum Period, the Customer will pay the monthly rental charge per channel applicable to contracts not subject to a Minimum Period prevailing at the time. |

Conditions Moving Premises If, after the Service Start Date, the Customer moves to a new Site, the customer must terminate the contract unless BT confirms to the Customer that BT is able to provide the Service at the new Site. Early termination charges will apply on termination of the contract unless BT is unable to provide the Service at the new Site as a result of BT being unable to provide an equivalent number of channels at the new Site. If BT is able to provide the Service at the new Site, the Customer may elect to continue with the Contract in which event:
a) the Customer will continue to pay all charges (including rental and other recurring charges) up to, during and following the change-over period when the Service is transferred to the new Site.
b) the Customer will pay the installation and set-up charges applicable to a new BT IP PBX for provision of the Service at the new Site.
c) there will be no break to the Minimum Period which will continue unchanged.
Changes to customer requirements prior to the Service Start Date may result in a redesign of the Service which may affect delivery dates and charges. Changes to facilities or features requested by the Customer following the Service Start Date may be subject to charges. |
Early Contract Termination In accordance with clause 6.3 of the Conditions, the following will apply:
1. Termination of contracts with a Minimum Period of 1 year. If the Contract is terminated during the Minimum Period the Customer will pay any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges and the full rental for the balance of the Minimum Period at the prevailing rental at the time of the termination. 2. Termination of contracts with a Minimum Period of 3 or 5 years. If the Contract is terminated during the Minimum Period, the following will apply:
(a) if the Contract is terminated within the first 12 months of the Minimum Period, the customer will pay any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges and the full rental for the first 12 months of the Minimum Period and 20% of the rental that would otherwise have been payable for the balance of the Minimum Period at the prevailing rental at the time of the termination.
(b) If the Contract is terminated after the first 12 months of the Minimum Period, the Customer will pay any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges and 20% of the rental that would otherwise have been payable for the balance of the Minimum Period at the prevailing rental at the time of the termination. |
ii) BT IP Trunk with BT Business One Plan
Variant The following exceptions apply to contracts entered for BT IP Trunk call packages when taken with BT Business One Plan Variant;
(a) Call rates will be charged at the BT Business One Plan Variant committed tier rate unless specified otherwise.
(b) BT Business Broadband Voice Calls to BT Broadband Voice Numbers are charged at zero rate
(c) The Price Cap for Local and National is as BT IP Trunk Price Cap in Local and National Capped rates
(d) The Price Caps for F2M are as BT IP Trunk Price Caps in F2M Capped rates
