If the customer has purchased Fibre Basic, Fibre Enhanced, Superfast Essential or Enhanced, Ultrafast 1 Essential or Enhanced, Ultrafast 2 Essential or Enhanced, Hyperfast 1 Essential or Enhanced or Hyperfast 2 Essential or Enhanced the following monthly rental charges apply:

Note: Recurring Charges will continue after the Minimum Period of Service at the same rate (subject to change as set out in the terms and conditions).

Connection and Takeover Charge

Fibre basic, Fibre Enhanced, Fibre 38, Superfast and Ultrafast one-off installation charges may apply when a Customer requests a new line or takeover of an existing line that was in previous use at the premises.

NB Takeover applies when a Customer occupies a premises and a line used by a previous Customer is already in place at the premises, and where no changes to internal or external wiring are required.
