1.1 Words that are capitalised but have not been defined in this BT Price List entry have the meanings given to them in the Bundle Terms, the General Terms, the BT Business Broadband Schedule, BT Cloud Voice Express Service Schedule, the BT Business Calls Essentials Schedule and the BT Business Services (Telephone Service ? PSTN) Schedule.

1.2 This BT Price List entry sets out the Charges payable for the bundled service that consists of the following products:

1.2.1 the BT Business Broadband Packages as set out in the BT Business Broadband Schedule;

1.2.2 Cloud Voice Express or BT Business Services (Telephone Service ? PSTN);

1.2.3 BT Business Calls Essentials; (each a ?Component? and together the ?Bundled Products?).

1.3 Your Contract for the Bundled Products will consist of the following documents, the order of priority, highest first, is:

(a) the Bundle Terms found at bt.com/terms;

(b) the individual Component terms - BT Business Broadband Schedule, BT Business Calls Essentials Schedule, Cloud Voice Express Schedule and the BT Business Services (Telephone Service ? PSTN) Schedule found at bt.com/terms;

(c) any Annex or Order that BT provides to you;

(d) the General Terms found at bt.com/terms; and

(e) this BT Price List entry. (?the Contract?).

1.4 If BT has confirmed to you that the price of your Contract is fixed, the fixed price element is in relation to your Monthly Bundle Price only and applies for the duration of your Minimum Period of Service as set out in your Order. The fixed price guarantee does not apply to any other Charges including add-ons or out of bundle Charges.

1.5 The Charges payable for the Bundled Products are:

Cloud Voice Express Bundles:

1.6 BT will charge you a single combined delivery charge (please see Section 52, Part 6 Subpart 3 of the BT Price Guide for details) for the delivery of both your BT Broadband Hub and your Cloud Voice Express handset.

2 CALLS AND LINES PACKAGES

2.1 Where a Bundled Product is included in the BT Business Complete or BT Business One Plan/Inclusive/Traditional/Traditional Inclusive/One Plan Plus/One Plan Inclusive:

(a) the Bundled Products will not be eligible for any additional discounts associated with the Calls and Lines packages; and

(b) the spend on the Monthly Bundle Price will contribute to any Committed Spend associated with the Calls and Lines packages.
