Additional Subscription | Means a Subscription added to the Contract that was not included on the initial Order. |
Airtime Credit | Means a credit placed on the Customer?s account by BT that will be set against the Customer?s bill until the credit is exhausted. The Airtime Credit cannot be converted to a credit note or paid in cash. Any outstanding Airtime Credit when the contract is terminated is lost. |
Attendant | Means an individual or individuals who manage inbound calls on behalf of the Customer via a Queue using the attendant workplace on an internet connected PC. |
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) | Means the ability to Queue calls into a group of Users and have the calls distributed to the most suitable and available User based on the configured setting. |
Business Zone until 30th June 2019 | Means Australia, Canada, China (exc Hong Kong and Macau), India, Israel, New Zealand, Turkey, USA and US Virgin Islands |
Business Zone from 1st July 2019 | Australia, Canada, China (exc Hong Kong and Macau), India, Israel, New Zealand, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand,Turkey, USA and US Virgin Islands |
Company Shared Data Extra | Means an extra company shared monthly data allowance as more fully set out in paragraph 20. |
Company Shared Data Passes | Means a company shared data allowance for the remainder of the calendar month only as more fully set out in paragraph 21. |
CPI | The Consumer Price Index, or ?CPI?, is a figure published by the Office for National Statistics as a measure of inflation. It reflects the increase in the costs to run and invest in the network and services we provide. |
Europe Zone | Means Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland Inc. Aland Islands, France, French Antilles Inc. French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin, French Indian ocean overseas territories Inc. Mayotte and Reunion, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Vatican City , Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Azores/Madeira (Portugal), Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Canary Islands/Ceuta/Melilla (Spain), Sweden, Switzerland. |
Hardware Credit | Means a credit placed on the Customer's account by BT that the Customer can use to obtain Devices and Accessories under the Contract but cannot be used for any other purpose. The Hardware Credit cannot be converted to a credit note or paid in cash. Any outstanding Hardware Credit when the contract is terminated is lost. |
Hunt Group | Means the ability to route incoming calls to a group of users by following a predefined hunt sequence including parallel alerting of up to 5 users in each step in the hunt sequence. |
Inside the BT One Phone SIP network | Means calls made by BT One Phone SME customers from the Onsite SIP Network. |
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) | Means the facility enabling the setup for inbound callers to be directed to a telephone menu system to play announcements and manage call routing through the use of DTMF tones input via the caller's telephone keypad. |
Queue | Means the ability for calls received on a specific number to be held waiting to be answered. |
Replacement BT One Phone SIM Card | Means a BT One Phone SIM Card issued by BT under the Contract to replace a lost, stolen or damaged BT One Phone SIM Card. |
Schedule | Means the BT One Phone SME Schedule. |
UK Data Extra | Means an extra monthly data allowance for an individual Subscription. |
World Zone until 30th June 2019 | Means the Business Zone until 30th June 2019 and the following destinations Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Turks & Caicos Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Kenya, Grenada, Haiti, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Jamaica, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, United Arab Emirates. |
